We recently rented a unit from Berthoud Lake for some of our building supplies. Bethany was great to work with, and really helped us get a unit that fits all of our needs. She even took the time to show us a few options before committing. Highly recommend Berthoud Lake!

I currently need to look for a storage unit so I looked on Google for one near where I live. Found this place and saw all the great reviews. I drove to the facility, but they don’t have any signs or anything remotely telling people where the front office is. So I called and Bethany answered the phone. I simply said I wanted to rent a storage unit but I can’t find the front office. She immediately hung up. Thinking it was a mistake, I called again and halfway through me asking the question again, she hung up on me.
Certainly not getting a good impression from this place.

Natasha has been most helpful when I had questions regarding storing my trailer. I have been with BLS for several years and have really appreciated the security of this facility. Some spaces are on too much of a slant, but I was lucky enough to get one that was on a flat surface.

Natasha is Awesome!! She was very courteous and knowledabe. I had to transfer units at account set-up and she had to do extra paperwork. She was happy to do so. I am extremely happy storing at Berthoud Lake Storage and highly recommend them.

Most reasonable storage prices and most organized in the whole area. Sandra was super helpful and sweet, and the manager Jenny, was also very sweet and ready to help. The customer service and helpfulness was enough to brighten my day. I feel like Berthoud lake storage was the only one to go to! I'll be going to them for all my storage needs!
