I recently moved my boat here for summer storage and found the site to be very clean, and secure. I am confident that my boat will be safe here. I was also impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff was, and how easy the process was from beginning to end. Top notch customer service!

The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The storage units appeared well maintained and in good shape, as well as clean. Unit access lanes are wide enough for 2 Uhaul-class trucks abreast with clearance and working room.

Since being sold out and name change they have increased their rates 3 time, twice in the past 6 months. No improvements, weeds out of control and ruts in aisle so deep we drag our hitch.

We parked our RV at Berthoud Storage and had plenty of room to maneuver in and out.Alyssa offered a couple of different spots to choose from which was nice. So often you are assigned something and it is next to impossible to get into. I only wish water and dump stations were present.

Berthoud Lake Storage was by far one of the best storage companies I’ve worked with. Alyssa was professional, kind and easy to work and communicate with. The process was smooth and easy and affordable . Would absolutely recommend as well as use in the future for any of our storage needs.

Gated storage for a good price. Alyssa is always helpful and ready to help in any way. I have had many storage spaces but Berthoud Lake is the best I have had so far!
