I could rave about Colorado Rose Cake Co all day long! They were our vendor for our wedding back in November 2022 (I know, I'm late to reviews!), and they helped make our day so magical and dreamy.Not only do they have amazing flavors (Strawberry Champagne was the biggest hit at our wedding!), but they were so lovely to work with and helped make 2 of our layers dairy free for me. Our guests didn't even know the cakes were dairy free until we told them...that's how tasty they were!I've heard horror stories from my friends about wedding cakes, but truly everything was a 10/10 with Colorado Rose Cake Co and our guests had amazing things to say about our wedding cake.(Photo creds: Sarah Kempers Photography)

Heidi did an amazing job with our wedding cake! We came in with some general ideas of what we wanted, and she really asked the right questions and made suggestions that steered us in the right direction while still giving us agency. The cakes were all delicious, and we were so appreciative to have so many options in one multi-tiered cake. Props especially to the GF layer from the GF guests at our wedding.

Heidi did such an amazing job with our wedding cake! We had a very specific idea in mind, wanting each tier to be seven layer rainbow cake. Heidi listened to our ideas and expanded on them with us, suggesting an absolutely perfect turquoise outer frosting with rainbow palette flowers wrapping up the side. We did a tasting and even though all of the flavors were absolutely delicious, we eventually decided to go with lavender cake with honey frosting. We must have chose well because our guests loved it. And the cake was nothing short of show-stopping with brilliantly bright rainbow the moment you cut into it! If you're looking for somebody to make you a gorgeous cake, deliver it safe and sound and on time, and make the entire experience a treat, look no further!

All I can say is the cake is amazing. I planned my wedding from Florida and had to rely on recommendations when it came to choosing vendors. Almost everyone I asked recommended Heidi and Colorado Rose Cake Company. I was not disappointed and neither will you be. The cake was moist, flavor rich, and it was designed beautifully. Heidi provided us an excellent cake for our wedding! She was wonderful to work with, very professional, and had great advice to offer. Her cake was not only absolutely beautiful, but equally as delicious. My husband and I are not huge fans of cake but we could not get enough. One thing that differentiates Heidi from others are her unique flavors. We chose lavender cake with a honey creme and it was a MAJOR hit.Thank you again for everything, Heidi! Wish we could eat your cake all over again.

By website and reviews alone, I knew I wanted to work with Colorado Rose Cake Co. for my wedding. We did our cake tasting in the middle of Covid and the cake was even better fresh! Heidi was so easy to work with, even when we changed guest count numbers at the last minute! The cake was BEAUTIFUL and even more delicious! We wanted simple and elegant and that’s exactly what we got!

Beyond phenomenal! Heidi is an incredible, professional baker who is also kind, sweet, and generous. The Lionscrest staff is the most talented in the wedding business. Our cakes (all 4 layers) were to die for, and working with the colorado rose company was a sugary, sweet, and amazing dream! My wedding was perfect, and they made sure we were served like a king and queen! All the love! Thank you!!!
