“Received help from Casey at this store, 10/10, excellent service. I would recommend this store, as I was not waiting around to be helped (although, what's with the no chairs???). Casey was an excellent representative who sat on the customer service line for us to get our issue resolved. Casey also explained the deals available to us and what our plan made us eligible for, no pressure and lots of personal experience with t mobile services that was shared. We will be back to this store in the future.”

“I wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to Taylor. I have been in the store a few times and she has assisted me. I added an app that made my entire phone system wonky. She calmed my nerves and reset my phone back to it's original condition.

Tate took the extra time to explain every detail and questions I had and was very kind. Ultimately I didn’t purchase anything as I’m still trying to decide exactly what I want/need but I decided to still leave a 5-Star because of Tate’s exceptional ability to deliver a top tier customer experience.”
“Sondos was extremely kind, compassionate, and VERY thorough in helping me get everything I was trying to do. She helped me get discount on earbuds that I would not have been able to afford otherwise, and helped get my parents new phones activated with ease as they are unable to, so I took care of that for them. Absolutely went above and beyond to resolve pricing difficulties and system issues. Best customer service I have EVER received at a phone store hands down.”

The only guy there was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but what great customer service he gave us. “I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”

I'd imagine it's a tough gas station to run because it's always so busy. I would recommend this gas station to anybody looking for late night snacks or a place that's open.”

They had to shut down the restroom cause they got sick of finding people who overdosed.But everyone who works their now is kind, courteous, friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make your day better!So, please don't go by these reviews alone, come check them out for yourselves and see this place is no different then any other 7-11 in town, maybe a bit better!?”

“After covid all the public restrooms are closed especially during the night. it sucks..but I came here and asked if I could use the restroom, the cool dude I believe he said his name was either Royal or Roy L. But he's pretty down to earth kind of guy.said "yea they are in the back..over there" and pointed I normally get an eye roll or hesitation or sometimes just plained denied. He made me feel welcome like I wasn't a bother at all he definitely made me want to come back and simply made me happy with just a few words.
