I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”

She always has a smile on her face and is always so friendly. “After covid all the public restrooms are closed especially during the night. it sucks..but I came here and asked if I could use the restroom, the cool dude I believe he said his name was either Royal or Roy L. But he's pretty down to earth kind of guy.said "yea they are in the back..over there" and pointed I normally get an eye roll or hesitation or sometimes just plained denied. He made me feel welcome like I wasn't a bother at all he definitely made me want to come back and simply made me happy with just a few words.
