“While I was shopping for items to move into college dorms, I found out (with two carts full of groceries) that I could get a student discount. The only problem was one of the staff would have to rescan every item and apply the discount manually. CJ, an attendant at customer service, was incredibly patient and quick while helping my mom and I get our savings. He never once seemed upset or annoyed about the whole ordeal. The rest of the staff that also helped us were all nothing but pleasant. Thank you to CJ and the team from my mom and I!!”
“I was experiencing problems with our Panasonic landline phone. The young woman, I failed to get her name, was very good. She saw me standing at the kiosk and came to me immediately. She took the phone, fixed the problem and showed me what she did. On the other hand, the young man at the front door was not a good customer service representative.”

“-15 degrees outside and my wife and I were in need of a couple drinks to go. We had just been shooed away from the Conoco directly across the street for being in the parking lot for 2 minutes. On many occasions the clerk at 7-11 has been kind and respectful. We much prefer the customer service and simple shopping experience at this location. To the clerk and other employees that work at this location. Thank you for being reasonable and kind human beings as opposed to your neighbors across the street at Conoco.”

“This 7-11 while not unique does afford the distinction of being the 7-11 that I have visited the most times across my years. Staff is kind, welcoming even! They recognized my repeated visits and even tried to get to know my weird self a bit. I appreciate the effort.
Also one day a year they'll let you fill up any vessel with slushies. One time I filled up the bed of my pick up truck.”
