Can’t recommend enough! Excellent work repairing and tuning our old piano. So interesting to hear all of the history behind it, too. The kids and I loved it. Our piano is as good as new!

I bought a piano from Fred about 2 months ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I am a complete novice when it comes to pianos and Fred was fantastic walking me through the various parts and making the process extremely easy. It was a very personable experience, not one you would get from buying from a big store. I felt confident that I was getting a solid piano that sounds amazing, plus at a great price - thank you Fred!

I have used Fred's services for over 30 years. He is a superb technician and very knowledgeable about his craft. I have purchased two used instruments from him, and they have been amazing in their quality. As a piano teacher I highly recommend his services for tuning, or as a place to purchase a high quality used instrument.

Just bought a piano for our daughter here. They have a small showroom with about 10 pianos. They focus on quality. They were incredibly knowledgeable and non "salesy". Very impressed that they delivered it to our home the same day. At our home they paid attention to detail in making sure no corners were bumped. As well made sure the piano was set up and tuned. They even have a tuning service we plan on using. They made the piano buying process an easy pleasant one!

My husband reached out about purchasing a piano after years of wanting to learn and never practicing on his electric keyboard.As first time piano owners, the buying process was easy and educational. I have been searching for a piano for about a year. After a lot of research I decided on my optimal choice and then went about searching for it. I called every piano shop and tuner from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and in between. I also reached out to shops in Michigan and Atlanta. Each call made me feel I was never going to find what I wanted. .. "Hard to come buy, hard to find in good condition, will be an arm and a leg to move and tune." Finally I stumbled on an ad on Craigslist for two piano's (neither my first choice, but close). They were both Goheen Piano's. When I called, I was told that there were a couple of appointments scheduled that afternoon and they would let me know if either were available after the appointments. Both were sold that day. But Fred was awesome. He talked to me about what I was looking for and said he would put my name down and if he came up with anything in the next several weeks he would call. That was a Thursday...he called me on Saturday and had my dream piano. You can say it was luck...but I could tell it was the relationships he had built with his customer base. We went the next day to look at it and bought it on the spot. Fred and his son delivered it that day (as Sunday mind you). If you want an honest transaction with a highly skilled pianist and piano technician and absolutely no pressure, ...look no further. I highly recommend Fred and Goheen Pianos, without reservation."
