I really don’t understand the negative reviews for this branch. The only reasoning I can devise is that they’re either the result of a very unusual event or a complete misunderstanding by customers of the rules & regulations regarding how banking works and the procedures that bank employees must follow.

My experience with Bank of Colorado, and this branch specifically, has consistently exceeded my expectations for personal service, friendliness, and care.

To a person, the staff there are courteous, helpful, and efficient. Matt, Sheila, Donna, Sheena, Lilly, etc. are all friends that I trust with both my personal and business banking needs. Matt is a super star with Trusts and business accounts. Sheila, my go-to for personal accounts, stepped up and became an advocate when one of my accounts was randomly targeted by an out-of-state fraud group. (She helped get all of my money back.) And, Donna is the rock upon which my daily transactions, Notary needs, and all else in the banking world relies upon. This team consistently and unequivocally makes me feel valued as a customer like no other bank I’ve had accounts with in the past.
