After an odd experience at NAPA, we decided to search for jumper cables across the street at O’Reilly’s. Seconds after we walked in, a friendly employee said hello to us . He was busy with a customer but still managed to acknowledge our presence. Every time I come here, I have a delightful experience. Keep up the amazing efforts! You are our favorite parts place! Whoever was working the front on 2/1/24 at 12:00pm, please give them our highest regards!

I went in tonight in a rush. Needed lugs and bolts for a trailer tire. The assistant manager and employee that helped me were amazing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I will always use O'rileys in Berthoud,co.Thank you for being amazing.

I want to thank Mike, the manager at O’Reilly’s for changing the battery on my car for me. I had to purchase a new battery today for my car after spending a large chunk of money on my brakes 2 days ago and I was very upset over it. Mike saved me alot of time and frustration today just by installing the new one for me. Thanks a lot Mike

These guys are amazing! Especially Mike C. and Lane. Really! My situation wasn't the normal day folks. I was 100 miles from home and my vehicle died. I suspected the distributor as the culprit. So I called up Mike C. and asked if he had a distributor in stock. He said no, but he could have one in my hand in less than an hour. As time ticked by, I told him to go ahead and order the part. Since I have the luck of a broken horseshoe, by the time I called back I unknowingly missed the parts delivery driver by 5 minutes. They would only deliver the next morning. Lane, another employee at the Berthoud store overheard the conversation and said that he would be happy to go and get the part and deliver it right back to the store so I could get my hands on it ASAP. After the above and beyond duty response, those guys helped me get back on the road and home by dinner. Thank you guys. I wasn't expecting anything out of the usual but, these guys went well above the normal.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted as I walked into the store. The staff was able to get what I needed and checked out quickly. Store was well stocked with a good selection of products
