Terrible. I ship everything I can through UPS because I never know if I'm ever going to get my deliveries through this office.

We have lived in Berthoud for 9 years and have experienced the absolute worst postal service here than anywhere else we've lived in this country. Lost mail -- for example, we're currently waiting on mail that the "informed delivery" email showed we were to receive on Monday this week (these emails include literal pictures of the mail pieces to be delivered each day). It hasn't shown up and it's critical mail for us... Additionally, the clerks are incredibly rude on most visits, to the point of making racist comments in conversation with customers. Disgusting. I no longer use this post office...I drive to Loveland where the post office is lovely, kind and efficiently run. Terrible reality in our beautiful little town.

It's crazy to me the amount of misdeliveries from these carriers. I've lived at three different addresses in Berthoud and have received more mail for my neighbors than for me at each one. And on that same token, I've received more mail from my neighbors than I have from my carrier.I was a carrier myself for years at Longmont post office which was much more busy than this one. Berthoud would have been a dream compared to what Longmont was. We were criminally understaffed and struggling every day, but we still put mail in the right boxes. These carriers rush to finish their route so they can go home as early as possible, completely disregarding where the mail is going.I'm genuinely concerned that if I get a jury summons or another important piece of mail, there is about a 20% chance it will actually reach me. I have tried to follow up on missing items multiple times. They don't even try. Anything outside of their comfy "get home as early as possible" mindset will be completely ignored. These people don't care. They are not good carriers.

If the post office workers use all of the parking lot spaces, where are we supposed to park? Also, be careful about using this post office for any kind of financial mailings - they have repeatedly lost envelopes that contained important accounting documents.

Terrible customer service. Too busy chatting about their weekend plans with co-workers to find the package they lost......though the tracking shows it in their facility.

We constantly have to walk mail to the neighbors because its never delivered correctly. Hardly receive any of my mail and its just stressful when waiting for important documents. This isn't a one time thing its been 2 years and who ever drops off mail still cant seem to get it together. Instead of dropping off mail at the right location you people just send it back.

Our mail carrier can never put our mail and packages in our mailbox. I just had a package delivered, went to pick it up from the mailbox, and it isn't there. The post office says they don't know what happened to it although the tracking number shows it was delivered. I really try to have no packages delivered through the USPS.

Berthoud post office is the worst post office! Sometimes I don’t get my mail for 3-4 days! Also every time I have a package being delivered through them they say my front door or driveway isn’t accessible and I don’t see my package for 3 business days!

Berthoud has the worst post office ever. Poorly run with terrible service. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't. They haven't delivered or picked up mail for 6 business days now (this is not an exaggeration). They don't answer phones. Went in this morning to try to get mail from the past week and they said it is with the driver and couldn't tell me if he was delivering today or not.

5/30/23 This one's for KURTmy elderly father— staff let him stand at the back of a line for an hour- that was out the door- then when my father got to the counter- they closed in his face for their hour lunch rather than helping him with his small task. So he had to wait in line another hour for when they got back from lunch. Under staffed and the staff that they do have hear have about as much common horse sense as a goat.

Berthoud Colorado post office is a joke. can't get ahold of them during business hours, they don't answer their phone. my mail is now suddenly randomly delivered every 7-10 days on a good week and with multiple complaints, begging and inquiries. the "resume mail delivery date" after a properly filed online mail hold request isn't honored. apparently the mail carrier works when he wants but is still getting paid. the name is Adrian, apparently nobody in the post office knows if he's delivered mail or showed up to work or not and they seem surprised when our mail is still sitting in the box. We have had car registrations not show up since February, we have had banking statements show up at the neighbors we have had bills late because of this ongoing problem, lack of accountability, and this employee named Adrian they are supposedly paying to deliver the mail daily

After 35 mins in line listening to Kurt’s big mouth being rude to everyone we all get told to get out at 4:26 because he’s got obligations to handle. A S S H O L E

1y 8m in Berthoud never had anything like the number of misdeliveries here than 20 years (combined) in other rural/country, urban/suburban areas, and densly populated cities from from Boston to Denver and a half dozen others in-between. Mail is very, VERY frequently misdelivered among nearby houses; many times to other streets with similar house numbers, and, most recently medication delivered to a completely dissimilar address. Today, someone elses medication (different street) was delivered to my mailbox. While I can appreciate the workload, especially during this time of year, this simply has become anything but acceptable, and I intend to file a complaint with USPS as soon as I can. I have been tolerant for way too long, simply making the effort (as does every neighbor I've spoken with) to sort out this problem internally. It's been an inconvenience and it's been just plain ridiculous for a long, long time. But now, we're talking about very expensive medication , which is a far more serious problem. I strongly urge others reading this who have endured the same to consider filing a formal complaint as well. Otherwise, this is just going to continue (if not get even worse).

I love the Berthoud Post Office! They are actually really nice to me here. They also remember me and my address almost every time I come in and I’m pretty much always wearing a mask. Great job USPS keepup the good work!!! :) ?
