Wow! Sticker Shock!! Just got my first bill, it is 274% higher (total cost per therm) than Xcel for the same time period. I'll be looking at alternative heat sources to not have to pay this company.

Scammers, paid final bill, then they were going to try and send us to collections for another final bill. They try and scam you put of anything. Horrible company and business practices.

in trying to talk to you about a web site that will not work, cannot get my bill open to view, and the phone number listed on your page is no longer in service etc. How do you expect to be paid???
