Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is a very clean and updated resort with great service everywhere. The casino floor is clean with a wide variety of games and a great poker room featuring awesome cash tables and top quality dealers. The rooms are large, nice, very clean, luxurious, and offer great views with very comfortable beds. The resort feels secure and safe, as access to guest floors requires a room key. The spa is very nice and clean. For food and drinks, there is a 24/7 restaurant with great prices and good sized portions, a Mexican restaurant with very good food, and Starbucks is served. The complimentary breakfast is also noted. The small town of Black Hawk is very charming for walking or exploring via the free bus. Nearby activities include hiking, concerts, and mine tours. Everything is well organized, offering luxury, lots to do, and a perfect, fun experience.
I noticed that the receptionist carefully verified that the external exit pavement was clear of vehicular obstruction before summoning my ride-share vehicle to the curb. Comprehensive situational awareness that protects visitor safety is commendable. The premises were immaculate throughout.

Buffets really good the wallpaper and floor designs are a little busy... I do enjoy the ease of getting around once in this place 😁
