I went there on a early Thursday morning and seen I was the only customer there. With 4 employees not busy i thought i would get help. When I asked for someone to help me I was told leave. I sent a email to Luis one of the managers and was told that he would look in to it. Hope this is a isolated problem.

Use to be a really cool spot but lately it's so many people it's like a roac motel with horrible ventilation. No machines ever open and Maria juanita, Francisco and and Juan have about 12 machines on hold with money in them so no one can sit and play....

Only indoor smoking casino in Black Hawk and it is very smoky inside, hard to breathe. Convenience store in back is good, however, senior citizen female cashiers, plural, are VERY RUDE. If it weren't for the store, I would never visit this very small, very dirty, hole in the wall joint with horrible customer service.

Had to wait for over 2 hours for voucher that jammed in machine. Kept being they needed a key and was short staffed. Seems like an extreme wait.

It's smoker friendly! As soon as you walk through the door, the nicotine accousts you! If you want to smoke your cigarettes and gamble in peace, this is the place for you. It's also a tad small, so you're definitely going to be elbow to elbow sometimes.
