I purchased a 6 pack of Coronas and didn’t realize that ALL of the bottles were half empty and sticky until I got home, I have called the store several times and they don’t answer and if they do they won’t say anything or they can’t understand me.

I bought what was supposed to be a frozen pizza from this location and immediately went home to cook it. When I took it out of the box it was partially thawed and floppy in texture and definitely not all the way frozen. Will not buy perishable food from here again

Herman He’s was very nice and help one day when I went he should me where the soda was. And he alway very happy and smiling .

The area may be sketchy at times and the workers might seem a bit stoic at first but I go there every day. I'm autistic and awkward and make social blinders constantly. Yet the workers are kind and patient. Everything else is what you'd expect of a 7eleven. They can only do so much and what they do, they do admirably given what they put through. If you can try to say something nice to them to make their day better.

Store looks very clean and I found everything I need in same store always stock up and employee are very friendly looks like, Dosh people has no patience and treat clerk badly.

I do doordash, and the cashier had my order ready for 20-30 minutes and just kept saying hold on when I asked if it’s ready. He kept going back on his ipad instead. I could’ve gotten the 4 items myself in a minute, just frustrating.

Whom ever the big guy that works there in the daytime, definitely treats customers such as myself inferior. First I asked if I may politely have a few liquid coffee creamers holdover from their bar because he was out of stock on their regular powdered ones on the shelf and he says he would charge me for threm. That’s wrong number two. I hit 1000 points and he wouldn’t give me the dollar off. It’s still a dollar and that’s the policy with their points and I do qualify for a free bag yet he did it but put up a fight. They’re supposed to give receipts without asking, but I had to ask &***they make you feel like shoplifters all you need to do is come in as a regular customer and buy what you need , the city was his excuse for the bag thing btw, but there are low income people that qualify for a free bag and it definitely helps with the groceries especially if you don’t have your own bag or forgot yours. The other employees seem to be very kind and do things the right way. This guy just completely has a negative demeanor. Now I’ve said my peace and I don’t care if he’s the general manager or not absolutely does not make people feel welcome and accommodate needs to those who shop and definitely spend a lot of hard working money.

The majority of staff is great but I just had uncountered the two young employees that were working tonight. I had to use the bathroom so I asked one of them, he reached for the key, asked his coworker if I can use the bathroom. He lied to my face and said someone locked it in the bathroom when his friend literally had reached for it... I don't appreciate how bad that made me feel and I had to hold it until I got home while dealing with the terrible snow storm.
