I was recommended by my insurance to use this location, however; if you want your car to have lasting repairs I would look elsewhere. The first shop, the shop I should have used, recommended a rear bumper cover replacement, this location does not recommend lasting repairs and instead reshaped the stretched out bumper and used plastic filler on a component that has a high probability of being impacted.

Love this place. My car looked like I'd just bought it new after the bumper was torn off. They even cleaned the inside of the car. The staff was cheerful, efficient, and kept me informed on the progress with text updates.

I was so pleased with my experience with Jake at Caliber Collision. He was extremely helpful, fast, and reliable, and worked with me to find the best solution for the scratches on my car. I will never go anywhere else, but back to Caliber Collision and work with Jake! Highly recommend.

Peter and Emily (at the front desk) were AMAZING. My car looks perfect. I was always updated on the progress of my car throughout the week, and the experience was as easy as could be. The customer service is a 10/10, everyone greets you with a smile, and is able to make the process seamless. They also DETAILED my car which I was not expecting! Would recommend to anyone
