Erik is by far the best lender I have ever worked with. Was personable, passionate, actually cared about putting me in the best deal possible and making things as smooth and easy as possible. I purchased a new primary residence, although I know he works with a lot of investors too. Is very knowledgeable of various loan products and strategies. Constantly monitors rate trends and related news. Cannot recommend him enough.
