I had a great experience here. I had a hole in my tire and I came in to get a repair kit and the person working at the counter ended up just patching the hole for me. He was so kind and helpful with the repair and very personable to talk to. He was also very respectful and didn’t assume anything about my skills or knowledge with cars. I wish I had asked his name so I could give him credit for going above and beyond on a cold snowy night to help me.

Huge thanks to Conrad, who has helped me on two separate occasions at this location. Today I needed a new battery, and as usual he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciate the reliability of this store and the capable staff.

Closed early. Driving in snow only to arrive 20 minutes before their advertised and posted closing time with the lights off and doors locked.

Just stopped by the Advanced Auto Parts to find a specific circuit breaker I needed. Their computer system showed they were out of stock. I left the store, but before I could pull away, Abe the clerk that had been helping me, came out of the store, holding the exact item I needed. Not trusting his computer system he had gone in search of it. This is how you build return customers and trust!

Went to Advance looking to get a read on my check engine light(which they do for free) and get a new battery. Jeff and another employee who's name I didn't catch were both very helpful with advice and saving me money on the protector spray for battery terminals. They graciously offered to replace the battery for me but I insisted that I learn how to do it for myself. Jeff then proceeded to offer to teach me so he explained the process as I watched, and I can now confidently say I can replace my own battery. This was one of my greatest auto part store experiences—the employees were friendly, knowledgable, and generous, and I really appreciated their care."Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, but teach a man to fish and he'll eat for the rest of his life." -Jeff

Doesn’t have any of the loaner tools I was looking for, stock is limited, staff wasn’t very helpful, and no cell service inside the store. Not sure why this location exists

Closed early! I walked over a mile in the snow in -10 to get a battery for my broken down car; got there 20 mins before closing time but these guys had closed early and gone home. Never had a good experience with this company. I bet you O’reilly’s didn’t close early! Slackers

This particular experience was perhaps a 3.5 because of the particular set of circumstances this morning but totally understandable that it will not be repeated. We were in need of a particular bulb for a particular older vehicle and a friend had recommended this chain of autocrat stores and this was the most convenient location for us. I am not sure if it the one the neighbor uses but that does not really matter, it was close this time. The manager was training wha appeared to be a brand new employee, step by step on how to use the computer listing, find it in the store etc, while also attending his other duties. It took quite a while to get the entire process finished, more than what we had expected to be a very quick stop. But in the end we left with the correct part, at a good price and even under these circumstances it saved us far more time than having had to take it to local place we often have used in the east event for simple procedures. It had been a while since we used the do it yourself method and still glad we didi. We would go back here again if we had a similar purchase to make and repair to do for ourselves. We appreciate that with a trained employee available it would have lived up to our expectations. But everyone has to learn at some point and these days, already trained new employees are few and far between waiting for employment.

Smaller customer area in the store, you may have to ask if the item you’re looking for is in back. (I had to ask for jack stands and a floor jack) Super knowledgeable and experienced staff, but they also have a no BS attitude. They’ll help you fill in the blanks for doing X work on your vehicle, but the closer you get to asking for a step by step, they’ll point you to buying a Haynes manual. I drive by 2 other auto parts stores to get to this one because I know I will only have to drive there once.

I bought a part online paid for it drove an hour to Boulder to pick it up just to find that they sold the part conveniently to a guy who who paid cash right before I got there and then proceeded to tell me it was not her fault that it was her manager who sold it then left early. I urge you not to come here.
