I got a pedicure last week and splurged on the deluxe experience. This was my first visit and also my first pedicure in a while. While it looked nice, and I appreciated the time she spent, the woman who served me was a bit rough. When shaping my big toenails there were points where it felt like she was pulling hangnails out, and when she applied a product afterwards it burned pretty badly. For three days after two of my toes were inflamed, red and hurt. For $75 I don't really want to be experiencing pain on what should be a relaxing experience.Service: Pedicure

I love Kim! This is the third time I’ve had my nails done by her; she does such an amazing job! She’s so thorough and gentle. The salon is always clean and organized. This is my 6th or 7th visit to the salon and their staff is so sweet and polite every time I go in. I’m usually a walk-in and I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 20 mins. I will say that I have noticed Thursdays and Fridays are their busier days, so I would recommend going in earlier on those days if you’re going as a walk-in.

Had a great experience and a terrible one. I made an appointment for two pedicures for my sister's birthday, and they did one at a time when I made the appointment for the same time. I've got a great experience getting my nails done here. They do amazing nail art.

As with most nail salons it's not very organized, but the staff was kind and fair. The woman who did my nails did a wonderful job and if I weren't moving this would be my new go to place. Overall very satisfied.

Great service and friendly staff. Lots of pampering at this place. New owner brought safety dividers, nice chairs and even curtains in between each chair!

Came to this place on a wim due to my other place being booked, and i have mixed emotions. My acrylics did not last for half the time as my other salons lasted, the shape was fine but watching them prep the nails as well as applying tips it was super sloppy... more a trust the process feel. The nails were cute but ultimately lasted 1.5 weeks instead of 4 :( my ma wanted a cute design, and they had to modify it bc of the size of her nail but then gave her something completely different which she didn't like. And my aunts finger got cut bad and she mentioned they didn't care about blood, tools and infections. Didnt clean equipment or avoid the nick or anything. The overall price was more than I would have paid for them. Unfortunatly i will not be going back

Most nails came out crooked, and lines were messy,the building smelt toxic, and there was a vicious dog that kept looking at me..

Sorry, but this place is terrible. Reconsider your approach to work, I absolutely don’t understand the rave reviews. Cut the cuticle, you don't use gloves while doing your work, is there any sterilization of tools at all? Needless to say about the uneven surface and indifferent staff, 0 out of 5
