So normally this store is great but for that last few times I call I get a very condescending women named Michelle she’s extremely rude and curt. I had an issue with a pair of shoes that a family member bought online and they are too tight and fit differently and I called to see if I can return for bigger size and she shot me down entirely without a chance ro return very rude person. Beware

My mom and I had a great experience at this store. Fiann was a huge help in fitting us and providing information in the various shoes AllBirds makes. We were also excited to find they have a 30 day guarantee on all their shoes AND offer a healthcare provider discount. Highly recommend for casual and comfortable footwear.

The second we walked in Allison greeted us with the a huge smile on her face and was ready to help. Walking into a shoe store is already intimidating enough especially one you’ve never heard of. I picked one pair (Tree Flyer 2) and my boyfriend picked one as well (courier)! These are quite literally the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Allison explained everything in such detail i genuinely couldn’t walk away without purchasing from her, such a pleasant and knowledgeable employee.
I wore the shoes out of the store and with the amazing return policy and above and beyond service we received I will be giving them my business again for sure.
Give Allison a raise please she just sold us as 2 customers for life!!

Excellent Customer Service and great product. I went to the Boulder store and was not sure what I wanted. Elliot was very patient, answered all my questions and helped me find the shoe that I love. In addition, I had multiple gift certificates that where complicated to use and he patiently applied all of them to the sale. Customer service was excellent and I love the Tree Runner Go.
