Washed my soot covered SUV for $4. (Garage fire!) All the bays were open and being used. Card reader worked well; just press STOP when done. I used the high pressure w soap, then used the high pressure rinse. Worked surprisingly well!

Credit card machine charged me $10 but nothing operated/worked in the bay to wash my car, and there is no customer service phone number or any way to contact someone to let them know about this malfunction. I will not use this self car wash again.

Only use cash here. IT has charged me $10 multiple times. I press stop and it says it charged my card like $3-$5 but my bankl statement says otherwise

Multiple vacuums out of order, as well as car wash. Had issue where we lost $ but there was no service contact number. Vacuum that did "work" had pretty weak suction.

No service phone number. Change machine took my $20, gave no change, without any refund, and maintenance light turned in. With no contact information this is straight up theft. I'm extremely frustrated, please don't let it happen to you!

The simple little self-serve car wash station is conveniently located in East Boulder on Arapahoe. The prices are reasonable, the vacuums have always worked. The car wash bays have almost always worked for me.
