We have purchased many pieces of Arhaus furniture, most of it from the Boulder Arhaus store. Last spring, we purchased a dining table, 8 chairs, 8 bar stools, a tabletop, an end table and a martini table. Our sales representative sent an email last week inquiring if we needed anything at the moment as a sale was ending the next week. We placed an order for another end table at a great price and additional savings and expect to receive it next week. I really appreciated Matthew's attention and service and will continue to work with him!

My wife and I purchased a dining room table, 8 chairs, a sectional sofa, and 2 swivel stool chairs, and 2 full sets of dishware. All of the items came in great condition and they were very accommodating of our changing needs; we had to return one section of the sofa because it didn't work for our space and the process went smoothly and without issue.
The furniture is wonderful, and the sales rep who is our main point of contact is awesome.
Matthew at the Boulder showroom has been nothing but patient and professional with us, taking care to make sure our orders were correct - all while being friendly and kind to us.
Arhaus gets 5 stars, but Matthew T. gets 10, and definitely deserves a huge raise!

We are building a mountain home that requires a lot of furnishings. Last November we purchased 17 chairs and counter stools, 2 media centers and a bed. We were very clear that our home would be complete late summer or early fall. We were told that our order would be ready to ship complete when we were ready to move in. We needed to give 3 weeks notice. We gave 5 weeks. 10 chairs and the bed are out of stock. We asked for partial shipment to be made the week of August 24. Today we were told mid-September. All of our other orders from 3 different furniture suppliers will be shipped as requested. We were lied to with the promise that if we got our order in early (8 months ago) the Arhaus products we ordered would be good to go. What a bait and switch. Anything for an order I guess. Arhaus got our order and our money up front. We will never buy anything again from Arhaus.

Patio products are complete junk. Purchased Bal Harbor section for outdoor use. Three years later it has peeling/faded paint and its not under warranty. Total joke. Paid over $10k for this junky product and they won't warranty or repair the work. Avoid their patio furniture, especially Bal Harbor pieces.

We spent ~$40,000 on a relatively large order, which included upwards of 20 items. They came to our house and helped us design the look. However, once the sale was done, we never heard from them again. It was our job to keep thorough records on items delivered, items returned, items that arrived broken; they would not help us with mailing these items back, and we had to do further follow ups to find out that we were not credited for items returned. This store is sloppy and lazy, and it comes across as crooked. The kicker is that one of the items returned was $1400 mirror that they never received and are now taking us to collections over. I wouldn't trust this store with a candle, let alone a big order, and Arhaus corporate is just as cold and incompetent. One of our biggest regrets, and we are still dealing with over 9 months after purchasing the items. If I could get a lower score that 1, I would.

I am leaving a review not so much for Arhaus but for an associate that I had the pleasure of working with, Ari Arisoy. I had a coffee table delivered that was much different than the sample and specs that I had seen in the store. It is unfair to assume a buyer will just accept such a different color or style. It arrived and I wanted to send it back. I almost cannot express in words the amount of care and professionalism that Ari has. He did everything possible to facilitate a return, order an item unrelated to help cover costs and do it all with utmost cordiality. The stress that could have mounted even further was capped by his knowledge of the furniture from Arhaus and the return process itself. I am so grateful for having worked with him.

It has taken me over 3 weeks to get pillow covers delivered post purchase - still waiting! When I ask for an email with the tracking of shipment, the sales person doesn’t have an answer?? We had purchased many furniture items years ago, but I believe this business is now disorganized and doesn’t use current POS software for their clients needs in current times. I won’t buy from Arhaus again, for our newer home build.

Great products non-existent service. My husband and I were in the store for 30 mins or so and were never approached by a sales rep. We were ready to purchase multiple items but passed since we couldn’t get anyone to talk to us. This was aggravated by the fact that I couldn’t even tell who worked there. Disappointed overall.

Really do your research before you buy anything here. Highly overpriced for the quality and when it breaks, in this case due to poor craft the service team is unlikely to replace it for you and blame you for any reason they possibly can.
