As a customer on the other side of the POS, I expect to be able to view my tab as part of the check-out process to validate before I pay. I can’t contact the company directly so two demerits will be left here.

Wow, had this company for less than a year and then they added a sizable monthly price that was not agreed on when there was none before. And with only a month or so notice. Not good practices when a lot of small businesses depend on your product.
