If you want to change your plan or purchase a phone that requires that you change your plan (one of many tricks AT&T has up its sleeve) do not do it at the store. Call #611.
You will pay for the prorated service and not be compensated for the service you paid for on the last bill but will no longer use throughout duration of the pay period. IT'S A SCAM. Make your changes and purchases over the phone.

Went to buy a new iPhone, decided to trade mine in. The girl looked up to see what she could do and said I could get a $350 trade in value. What she left out was that she signed me up for the Up Next program, did not tell me that the trade in value would come off in monthly increments. Told me my bill would only go up somewhere around $10 or $13. The customer service here is nonexistent. I wonder if there is some incentive program that would motivate them to leave out critical information for their customers. HORRIBLE customer service.

I wouldn't normally leave a review for something like this but I just have to say how pleased I was with the experience at this store. James pretty much worked out everything perfectly in the most ideal way possible for our situation like magic. I had some complicated stuff with changing from a corporate phone number from a different service to a personal business line that I had been dreading for weeks ever since I knew I had to do it. And it went down so smoothly that I almost thought it couldn't be true! Kudos to James and his team here. Their customer service here may have booked me as an at&t customer for life honestly.

I got the new I phone at the time a couple of months ago and the experience I had was extremely easy and stress free. James answered all of my questions and helped me find the best plan that worked for my family and I. A+

It really seems disrespectful to me. I went into the store and since I don't speak English, a lady came out to serve me who was the only one who spoke Spanish but she had another customer serving me and I waited after I finished, I continued my turn, and then a woman who spoke English came in and He preferred to serve her first, maybe he thought that I was not going to buy any product since I was poorly dressed because I was leaving work, but it seems to me a lack of respect and racism from that person who works in that place.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our phones as it had been a few years. We had talked to Dan on Monday. He was very helpful. He explained everything very well. We ordered a new I Phone 16 for my wife. Dan said it would most likely come in Wednesday the Galaxy 24 was in stock. The I Phone came in on Wednesday so we went in. Dan was busy with another customer so he had us work with a newer person Erik. Erik was great! He was able to get the process started until Dan was free which saved time. Thanks to Dan and Erik the whole process was easy and smooth!

Kaitlynn and James each did a superb job helping me with my iPhone in every regard. Each is professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the technology in a clear way. I had a lot of questions over two visits and Kaitlynn was so helpful. Great store with excellent service.

I went into the store because I was in the area and had been waiting on hold for an hour with customer service. I worked with Kaitlynn Geick who was truly amazing. She pulled out all of try stops to match Apple’s trade-in for my watch in addition to helping me use the trade-in for my iPhone. She was kind, helpful and effective.
