I recently went to this parts department for an engine oil filter, list price on Audi’s website $17.15, this parts department attempted to charge me $42! I told the parts guy that was insane and that I recall paying a lot less the last time I bought one there and I threw out a number and he changed it to $30. Better, but still insanely overpriced for a $17.15 part. I’ve taken my vehicle here for service many times and it makes me think if they are willing to overcharge customers for a simple paper filter, they are most likely overcharging for service. I called around for prices at Prestige Audi and Audi Denver, both quoted prices similar to Audi’s website, this parts department seems very shady.

Avoid this dealership like the plague! Came in - test drove a vehicle - said I wanted it - offered to put down a deposit while my loan was being worked - they screwed me and sold it while I was processing my loan - absolutely criminal practice - avoid at all costs!

We initially started at another dealer. After our experience at Audi Flatirons and with Jeremy B., I am so happy we decided to make the trip across Denver. Hands down the BEST and EASIEST car buying experience EVER. No stress. No back and forth. It was a great transaction from start to finish. We were so impressed with Jeremey's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. He also saw the value in our Audi and the team gave us what we felt it was worth right out of the gate. An honest and fair transaction. They valued our time and made everything SO EASY! I would highly recommend, and we will be back again because of the great experience! Kudos to the great team here at this location!

Been attempting to get my 2021 Q3 serviced. Audi Flatirons is scheduling a month in advance and always unable to honor my request. Called Audi of Colorado Springs and they fit me in the next day. Needless to say, I'm done with Audi Flatirons!

My husband and I went into Audi Flatirons with the intentions of purchasing a specific vehicle. We walked in the door with a pre-approval letter from our lending company, however we walked in 1/2 hours before closing time and Mel Ott was so awesome. He took the time even though he just wanted to go home to show us the car and let us test drive it. We started the process on Monday evening and finished it all up a couple days later. What a smooth process and they were extremely fair on our trade-ins. The finance team was fantastic and we finished all paperwork quickly. Literally one of the smoothest purchases we have had buying a car. Love this place. Will buy again from them.

I took my S7 in for service... most likely the last time under warranty. So I asked to get everything possible checked and done. My service advisor was friendly and doing their best. They said it would be done in a day. It took 3 days. Luckily, they'd given me a loaner (which I had to wait an hour for), but it was inconvenient to have to demand my car be done and back to me on the third day. Advisor apologized when I got my car, sounds like they're hurting for techs/mechanics to get cars done on time, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a pain to not know when you'll get your car returned. At this level of ownership, I expect the work to be done on time and have a stress free experience. This was neither. I'm not naming the service advisor, because they asked me to fill out the dealership email review, which is completely stupid. The advisor said that if I put down anything but 5 stars, they are judged as failing. So I didnt bother with the dealer comment thing, which is used to mess with employees and encourages lying about the level of service one received. Don't know if I'll bring my car back here. Leaning towards no.

Dropped my car off for a routine/minor service 7.40am on Sept 15th, was told they were backed up and might slip into the next day. No updates, no communication. Chased several times later on the second day. Eventually received an update, the car's service will be delayed into the third day as they were prioritizing cars where the owner waited while the service was completed. I understand that covid is creating staffing issues and delays, but there has been no proactive communication and no good reason to hold the vehicle for 3 days. Very unimpressed.

I had a great experience with this dealership. My sales person was knowledgeable professional and. She explained all the technical info and made my purchase seamless. it is refreshing to find someone that is engaged in the purchase with you. This is a talent one can not teach. I would refer anyone that is interested in purchasing a car go see Nevada at AudiFlatirons. Its not often you feel that you got what you were looking for without someone just trying to sell you something. Thanks again Nevada for your assistance.

They were great when I was purchasing my vehicle, but getting it serviced - NOT SO MUCH! To quote Jerry Seinfeld, "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." I made an appointment a week ago to get my car repaired. Took off work to wait for their valet service. Was alerted this morning via text that they will not pick up my car or honor their appointment. If they can't even pick up my car, should I count on them repairing my car? I'm thinking "NO"! Josh Lentsch didn't even have the courtesy of calling - he just sent a text. Seriously unprofessional. You can't even call this poor service - it is literally NO SERVICE!

Marketing works! Your Audi tells you when you need a quart of oil. You drive to FlatIrons Audi and they scan your license plate so there's a big Welcome sign on the overhead. Three technicians await you with clipboards in hand. Tell them you have a low oil light and while you wait to have them add a quart (FREE) and reset your light, Ryan Bonino in sales helps you pick out a new $88K car. Capitalism at work.

My husband purchased a 2021 Audi A4 the car is absolutely beautiful, however the experience for him wasn't a good one due to the lack of cultural diversity at this location you are not going to get good salesmanship, which is sad since Audi is known for it's luxury the experience should be aligned to all customers. Jeremy was not a good salesman period... Buying a new anything should bring you joy!!!
