Mack was awesome and gave me stellar customer service. I had an hour uber ride from Central City. Originally I was going to get the rental, drive an hour back, load some boxes i’m transporting to NY then drive an hour back to Denver. The uber driver helped me load them saving me two hours of driving. When I got to Budget, Mack opened my rental for me so we could load everything and the uber driver could leave. Then, Mack had to pair my phone tor me because I couldn’t get it yo work. Super pleasant, patient, respectful (cos I’m techno challenged.) Excellent customer service and great experience.

We rented a car from Avis Boulder location and we had such great customer service. Humam and his brother are awesome guys and they will work with you! The car was excellent with no problems. Definitely would rent from Avis Boulder again in n the future! Better

Mac absolutely saved me from a really rough situation where I needed a last minute vehicle change for an event I was putting on. He put my mind at ease and helped me in a way that a lot of employees would not be able to.
I greatly appreciated the help from him. Wish I could give 6 stars for how much this helped me out.
