Had an appointment for 12:30pm. Got there 10 minutes early and was taken in almost right away. I was helped by Julian who was very helpful and knew exactly what he needed to do to take care of my issue. Took about 20 to take care of everything and get me squared away. I like banking online much more than going to the branch, but this was a very good experience. The branch was nice and clean also.

Came down from Longmont after an abysmal experience at the Longmont branch trying to complete an urgent foreign currency order. The staff here (Elizabeth/Ashley/Julian) were AMAZING, speedy, and helpful. I got what I needed within 10 minutes, and BoA saved a customer because of this branch.

The worst. They don't care about you. Merrill Edge is negligent and their representative Kim Kraus has no problem committing fraud on your behalf.

The online schedule for an appointment will schedule you with someone on vacation. When you arrive, you won't have an appointment. You will then have to reschedule through the person at the entry.

The ATM took my money during a deposit, went into an error state, and didn't deposit anything. The bank tellers didn't help at all and just told me to call the number on the ATM. Have been on hold for forever and not sure if I will get my money back at all. Don't recommend banking here.

Brought in a large deposit for my property- apparently “she is on lunch”. Only one person can do deposits. Out of 4 other employees including the manager not a single other employee can do deposits.

The ATM outdoors is not working, and the one inside is not accessible after hours. There should be at least one working ATM available here at all hours, in my opinion.

After reading all the negative reviews about this location, I was reluctant to go to this location initially. Since I could only get an appointment in this location, I went in to get a Cashier's Check anyway. In contrary to the reviews, I was greeted by a friendly manager. I waited for no longer then 5 mins to connect with my banker Alex. She was friendly and helpful in making sure what I needed on the Cashiers Check are accurately reflecting. Alex and her manager made sure my transaction was smooth and also congratulated me on purchasing my first home. After living in East Coast for so long, I had a hard time finding a good BOA in-person location around Denver/Boulder areas. I am happy that I came to this location. PSA: I was told that the staffs were refreshed so they had new manager and new associates, perhaps why the services are much better now. Thanks for your help this morning.

They are friendly and competent. If you have a business account, you really need to ask for a business specialist. Specify that when you call for an appointment. If you don't, the non-specialist might have trouble, then you have to wait for the business specialist or manager to fix the problem.

I was the first of 3 customers to come into the bank, told to wait, while they immediately took the other 2 directly into offices to help them. Currently have my home loan with them. Already started to get a different loan. Extremely poor customer service

Management are either intentionally not keeping enough staff on shift to provide a proper level of service, or refuse to attract enough qualified employees to be able to keep each shift staffed. Regardless, calling 3 times over the course of a morning should result in SOMEONE answering the phone. Different banking services sometimes require appointments and sometimes don't, but if I cannot call to confirm, I end up sitting in the waiting room writing a google review.

As a commercial banking customer, this bank and branch is the best I have ever used! All the bankers are incredibly helpful!!
