The mgr was the best! They all diagnosed and charged up my 12 volt lithium ion battery in 3 hours, for free. Auto batteries have been replaced in minutes, no problem.

Today Caleb and his colleagues Aaron and Bryson went above and beyond to help me. I arrived with a corroded battery that they were able to test and clean right away. Later on, my battery stopped working due to an issue with my battery terminal (not caused by them). Caleb arrived along with Aaron to spend the next 3 hours helping me replace my terminal while I was stranded at a gas station down the road. The service these gentlemen provided today was not only exceptional but truly an act of kindness that saved me a lot of time and money. I am incredibly grateful and cannot recommend Batteries Plus highly enough, thank you!

I met Caleb this afternoon and he couldn't have been more helpful! I arrived to recycle some lead-acid batteries from an old APC UPS and he took them in. Then I asked if he had some empty boxes for a shipping task I was in town for. Two boxes and packing foam came. Then he helped tape up the boxes...and carry them to my car. Way above and beyond! Then we finally did some research on two battery projects I have in mind. He was patient and we found solutions. I will return with buying batteries. I could not be happier with this young man's helpful attitude. I will be back tomorrow!

Just had my second spectacular service with the team at Batteries Plus. Our car battery died last night and by 11 am today I had a seamless internet transaction, book an appointment and Caleb had installed a new battery. I highly recommend Batteries Plus, they take great care of their customers.
