I reviewed a different pnc 1star because the bank took 500$ from us .. new issues the money in my account i paid for my car insurance was rejected by pnc even tho they took the money from me they didnt pay my car insurance where is all this money going because i know i paid my bills on time so why didnt they get paid? involving last review corporate called me and was very rude. Very disappointed in this bank! Zero stars đ

I called to ensure they could notarize personal documents. At first, they said they couldnât, but after checking confirmed they could.
I drove to the branch to execute. The documents were only partially signed, and they said they couldnât continue the signature process. If youâre a notary, the processes should be a no brainer.
Now my documents are only partially signed, and partially notarized. Thx PNC Bank for messing this up for me in such an incredibly unprofessional way!!!

Terrible experience with the online business mobile app. It constantly glitches and tells me itâs the wrong password even through itâs not ( confirmed by PNC associate) and then blocks my account. They said they have been having a lot of people call about this same issue. The system is severely outdated and unuseful. Once I can finally get in, I also canât deposit checks- so what the heck can I even do on here? The UI/UX (user interface and user experience) is terrible. You might as well not have online business banking- itâs like weâre living in 2005 with PNC. Beware that itâs online banking will always read your checks wrong and not just a little wrong- like outrageously inaccurate- see photos for how the same check was interpreted as 15 cents and then again as 5,000

Multiple erroneous fees and interest charges, even on paid off closed accounts. Nearly impossible to get service and when I'd finally get through, received mostly excuses, run around, and placating promises that would go unfulfilled. They record calls, but don't allow you to. Not sure if incompetent or just straight corrupt. Certainly unethical, and feels like it should be illegal.

What a joke the bbva to PNC switch has been. Bbva username and password where supposed to work on PNC app. Of corse they donât. Sat on hold for 2 and a 1/2 hour trying to get help with no luck.

Always pleasant in face to face contact. But if you are looking for a bank that follows through when they say they are going to...good luck...might take 3-4 reminders/attempts and 4-5 weeks to get that simple follow through.

Ryan is so incredibly helpful with the company's business banking! Any time I need assistance whether with our CDs or with our day-to-day banking he is always available & most importantly he understands the company's banking needs along with the parameters we have to work within. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to assist with their banking needs.

Ryan Beckenhauer is simply the best. We first met Ryan at a SBDC (Small Business Development Center) training course, where he was donating his time to help us and other small business owners with understanding our financing options and what the options meant for our businesses. Although we have not had the opportunity to work directly with him due to the nature of our small business, he has never been one iota less than giving, caring, and incredibly helpful whenever we have a banking or financing question. If he doesnât know he reaches out to his contacts to see if he can find the answer! Itâs incredible and we feel blessed to know him. We hope to work with him and BBVA in the future as our business evolves; thereâs no one we would trust more with our financial well-being.

Ryan Beckenhauer is the most service-oriented banker I've worked with in 30 years. Truly a credit to his employer, Ryan has not only helped us with commercial loans, and PPP funding -- but has gone out of his way like no other to ensure any challenge we experience at BBVA is resolved. Since when does a person who's helping you land the right loan also step in to offer personal assistance for online banking? No way you'd get that at Wells Fargo. I don't believe half the stuff this man has accomplished for us is actually part of his job description. Ryan once learned I made an appointment to go to the bank to close one of the accounts and deal with some ACH limitations. He proactively called me, said he wanted to save me from making the drive, and ended up taking care of everything I needed over the phone. Come to find out, he was in the middle of delivering doughnuts to other businesses that day. This guy is a customer experience hero at a time when people really need it. His attention to detail, proactive follow-up, genuine curiosity, and trustworthy character makes him a true asset to our company.
