Paid them to replace brake pads and rotors. Did not replace the rotors at all, it also took them six hours. I foolishly told them I was moving out of state right after the brake replacement, so they used that as an opportunity to scam me.

Stopped by to have my tires rotated and Addisu had me in and out of there in less than 20min. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Big O location and would recommend them to everyone who appreciates great customer service!

These folks are truly amazing, they always hook it up and take good care of you. Super knowledgeable and also happy to share advice for home mechanics like me. Recently had a v scary experience with a blown out wheel bearing/hub assembly and Big O got it fixed within a couple hours after telling me. They’re a trustworthy full-service shop, and their wheel alignment deals are an added plus!

BAIT AND SWITCH. When I called and made an appointment in the morning Justin ensured me they are running a sale on oil changes and fully synthetic would be $70. When I showed up, they charged me $120 and said "oh you have expensive oil" and then gave me a $20 off coupon. Never coming here again.

Went there to ask them if they would change my tail light for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and even took some trash out of the bed of my truck for me! Overall, great experience and will definitely be back.

Visit this location a day before in search of an appointment. I told them that they had recommended this town very well. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day at 3:30 01/31/2025. They told me that they couldn't attend to me and that I did want to schedule another one the next day. this is a place that does not respect appointments better stay away from this place if you don't want to waste your time

I went to the store to get an emergency tire repair. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it, so I needed to take it back to Costco to have it replaced. They put my spare on for me and didn't charge me. I appreciate them gib the extra mile. Thank you!

I had an accident that completely wrecked my lower control arm, as well as the strut. Had it in Sunday afternoon, picked it up Monday afternoon! Completely professional and curtious the entire time, I know where to come the next time something bad happens involving my tires. Big thanks to Big O!

do not go here. go to discount tire this place is terrible and unhelpful and made me cry and tried to charge me $2000 without even calling me. 0/10 experience please pick somewhere else.

Very friendly, efficient, and affordable! Joe was very pleasant while coordinating my tire repair, kept me updated throughout, and had me all finished up within an hour of arriving.
