The store was so horribly messy and the managers give off super rude energy! I'm not shocked since this is a dying brand the clothes were pretty ugly and the set up was really bad. I'd much rather go to any of the other stores of Pearl, they are so much nicer and the store looks way better! Not to mention the stuff isn't 99% shitty material like this store. Not worth your time at all!

Great shop! Friendly and helpful staff. Visiting from out of town and enjoyed local tips while shopping. I read some of the other reviews. I have to say I saw a wide variety of sizes and styles. The staff as I mentioned was great! Added bonus, the "shoulder season" sale was full-on, and we scored some great 50% off deals. We will be back!

Coolest shop on Pearl Street Mall. Woodrow, the store manager, was super kind and helped us pick great swim suits for the summer. We spent a bunch more than we had planned because Woodrow was so awesome.

Awful rude horrible customer service. I came in with my friends so they could buy swim trunks and a man (I think it was the manager) came up and started yelling at us accusing us of stealing because my friend was knelt down looking at the bottom rack. We told him we were not stealing and just trying to look at the shorts and he continued to be aggressive and standing around us until we finally just left. Man coulda made a few hundred bucks off our sales that day. Keep in mind none of us had bags and were all wearing tight clothes. There was no possible way we could have stolen anything. Way to go guys. Don’t go here unless you want to be accused of thievery judged and harassed. The man was also extremely creepy with the other worker in the store who was a young woman which is why my friends were acting weird because they were keeping an eye on him. Bad bad bad

Thanks to Woodrow and the team at the Billabong shop in Boulder, Colorado they recommended my new favorite boardshort and have already worn it a bunch of times. I wanted the softest, most stretch boardshort they had in a non baggy fit and the Fifty50 Airlite did not disappoint. They also dry very quickly. Can't wait to bring them with on my trip to Maui next month. Thanks!

bummed by the attitude of the gentleman working the shop. my friend wanted to play violin outside while i shopped. he made sure she knew she was NOT WELCOME to be in front of the store busking - which typically draws in customers. just wanted to share how disappointed i am by the boulder billabong staff.

I love billabong and have shopped at this store many times. today I went in because they had a sale. I chose a lot of things to try on because everything was 50% off. when i went to try it on the person letting me into the fitting room told me there were only 5 items allowed in the fitting room and that i couldn't that have my other shopping bags in and told him that's no big deal. when i tried on the first 5 i decided i didn't like any of them and i didn't feel like trying any of the other things i picked out on. i was asked if anything worked out and i told him no and he apologized like a normal interaction in the store. i went to leave and the worker stopped my whole family and i to accuse me of stealing saying "there were six items in there and now there's only five" even though HE told ME that i could only have 5 items in the fitting room. I told him i didn't have anything to show him because i wasn't stealing. I was so embarrassed and i never want to go back because they think i'm a stealer when i didn't do anything. i also realize that most companies or stores don't take yelp reviews very seriously because i work at a restaurant and have worked at a clothing store as well but i just wanted to let you guys know your workers are assholes that blame other people and make a scene because of their inability to count.

Went in to try and exchange some shoes that I bought my wife that she never wore. Woodrow (store manager) didn’t really take the time to even listen to what I was trying to say but instead was extremely discourteous and rather rude. Instead of displaying customer service and being even remotely helpful he was condescending. Way to turn a customer off who has shopped Billabong for years, all Woodrow “the bro” did was lose a sale (my wife was looking to buy some dresses and some tops from Billabong today) and ensure that I will not be returning to this store. If he is store manager material I hate to see what is going on at an associate level. Thanks “bro”

What a quaint store. It has been a long while since I've been to a store that doesnt even carry an XL. but you can count on pearl Street..if you are no larger than a size 8 max with no hips or thighs then this is THE PLACE to be. If you are the average size 10 then I'd just keep on stepping. ALSO didnt see one POC in a poster, ad or anyone in the store including staff. Just an observation......overall seems to be catering to skinny white girls....Cute clothes tho and the staff seemed to be nice.
