No signage to locate entry door. Say they have a storefront and it is open. After trying to find the door and calling twice someone finally answered and said they are by appointment only.. waste of time.

Bison Tactical was the only company I could find with a Forster reloading press in stock. I was skeptical because absolutely no one else had one.I looked at the Google reviews and they were very positive. I telephoned Bison Tactical to confirm they actually had the press in stock. They confirmed they did and said they had six of them.I ordered the press immediately and received a shipping notice within an hour. I was able to easily track the item on the US Postal Service website. I received the item 4 days later!The press was brand new in the box with all the accompanying parts and tools from the manufacturer.I highly recommend Bison Tactical and will gladly do business with them again in the future.

I had made an appointment and when I came in a young man with blonde hair said I should've picked a different day to come. He seemed annoyed I was there and seemed unwilling to help. When my consultation was over he turned away and didn’t say anything like “thanks for coming” or “have a good day”. Maybe you’ll have a better experience if someone else is working but I wont be recommending this shop. My experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Anywhere out of town is a much better choice.

I called and reserved an item just for them to sell it anyway. Don’t lie to your customers!!! I will never be back. I did want to buy it over the phone but I was told “it’s cash only at this time”. Once again dont lie to me

Great shop. Shopped here many times and have always been extremely satisfied with the selection and great customer service. Never had any issues getting in touch with the someone at the store and they have always been very helpful. Has some extremely hard to find items at very competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Fred does this because he loves it, and the difference shows. Extremely helpful, never judgmental (which a lot of gun shop owners can be, especially if you don’t know as much as them) and very articulate.

Just received my bison udder bag and I have to say I’m impressed not only with the product but the service. they called me up to let me know when they were shipping and gave me advice on breaking it in... too not company and customer service in my opinion. And didn’t hesitate to give me military discount!!! Thanks a ton guys!!

Bison Tactical has a great stock of items and the staff is very knowledgeable. They have used what they sell and participate in regional events. The location is easy to find despite not being in a typical store front. The customer service is great too.
