Malti will not call us back. Still waiting on state taxes. Filed first week of April but she is never available for us to pick up our tax papers... She was readily available to take the money needed to supposedly file our taxes.

I can’t recommend Allen. I used to refer him on a regular basis. But, he seems to have checked out. His lack of communication is disrespectful and disappointing after being a loyal customer for the better part of a decade.

Terrible service. I was told my taxes would be done weeks ago, with the deadline approaching i called multiple times to inquire about the status of my return, and now with the deadline passed they have still not even bothered to return my calls. I dont know if an extension has been filed or what is happening. I have zero confidence. Thanks for nothing

DO NOT RECOMMEND!Long story short. Poor communication with the office and they will waste your time while not solving your problem. It seems they don’t care about their customersRecommend other HR block places in town.

Beware! Bait and switch pricing on income tax preparation. They charged me $250 for my first visit, no tax owed (simple tax return). Second year, I owe 1000 in tax. Fine, Now they charged me $700 for the same 1 hour office visit. Why? Well we have two different charges, if you actually owe tax they told me (after the fact). I will go elsewhere where they do not do BAIT AND SWITCH. It is unbelievable an old company would do this. DEVIOUS , dishonest disclosure of charges. Costs hidden out, till the end, and WHAM it goes way up in charge. ANYPLACE else will be more honest.
