I LOVE this place, it has great energy, everyone is equally respected. The Pilates Reformer classes are the best! Ellen Kahn is knowledgeable, a top notch instructor - as is Lindsay. Ellen is a pro at keeping the flow of class moving at a good speed, effortlessly moving the students from one exercise to the other, keeping it mixed and always interesting. I am always satisfied with the workout I've recieved and feel complete every time I leave.

I've been going to Body Dynamics for more than a decade and I love it. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. They have Pilates Reformer and other classes like Posture Perfect which are amazing. My husband, who also goes regularly to Body Dynamics, had a hip replaced and did not go to a single session of physical therapy. The dr told him to keep doing whatever he was doing which was the Posture Perfect class. Lindsay, Wendy, Heli, Jenny, Ellen, and Amanda are all great.

Lindsay has so much much knowledge on how to help you restore your health back to mobility!! She know exactly what excercises to do without hesitation and how to help you gain back your health. I highly recommend Body Dynamics, the entire staff is extremely knowledgable and caring!!

This studio and staff are amazing. I've been attending classes since 2016 and I can't believe how they have changed my life! If you're dealing with long term back problems, Wendy and her Vertibarre class just may be your answer. I struggled with back problems for 5+ years and now I don't even think about it. The trainers here truly care about your health and they are the best part of my day. For anyone who is not a "gym" person, this is the answer.

The Pilates classes at Body Dynamics are great! I've taken classes from Ellen, Jenni, Amanda, Lindsay and Heli and they're all amazing, and all different. I've also done privates and duets with Heli and Ellen. They're all extremely knowledgeable and have amazing ques that help you get the most out of the exercises you're doing! I'd highly recommend any and all of them!!

This is the best place to take pilates in all of Boulder. Classes are small and there's plenty of individual attention. Lindsay is a wonderful teacher and I cannot recommend her more highly. The studio is wonderful and has a range of classes -- so give it a go!

Wendy at Body Dynamics has done more to help me improve my functional mobility, stability, and mechanics than 20 years of physical therapists, orthopedic physicians, and back surgeons. She is an incredible intuitive *and* academic healer, with a true gift for assessing inefficiencies and then creating exercises to correct them. It's no exaggeration to say her Vertical Method classes have changed my life. All of the Body Dynamics staff are standouts in their specialties, as are their guest and workshop teachers. And I've made the most wonderful friends here. I love this place.

This is my favorite workout! One hour, targeted, learn the reformer, excellent routines targeting core strength and flexibility. Instructors are the best in Boulder. Highly recommend. Safe environment for women and for rehab.

Everyone should do Pilates - whether you have fitness goals or rehab needs, Pilates can help teach you how to move effectively and efficiently. And having the right Pilates instructor makes all the difference, too! I'm grateful to have worked with Lindsay and Wendy at Body Dynamics Pilates studio in Boulder. Within one private Pilates session with Lindsay to help mitigate the pain in my shoulders from bursitis and tendonitis, she spotted a major issue that my physical therapist missed completely - that of how I'm even holding my shoulders up in the first place (which is causing tension in my neck, back, etc.). It was eye-opening to say the least. Lindsay also guided me in some exercises I can do at home, too! Looking forward to more private sessions so I can work up to small group Pilates classes in the near future.
