I have shopped online from Bonobos before and love the clothes but decided to stop by the 29th St Mall store to find the right fit for their pants. I made an appt and met James who did a fantastic job. James helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a fit, helped me order and even get additional savings. Thanks James!

Had a great experience getting fitted for a new suit! Went to the Boulder location and the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Kirby was fantastic to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant. She took the time to walk me through the available options and fabric types. I highly recommend Bonobos and ask for Kirby if you go.

I was strolling by the store on 29th Street Mall and saw a suit jacket that I wanted for my husband. We had been in the store several months earlier and I wanted my husband to have this particular jacket that I saw I a mannequin the following week. Described to the salesperson and he put the info on my email associated with the store. We did not buy the jacket at that time. Went in yesterday, the pulled it up, BOOM! Ordered, paid and walked out within 5 minutes! Easy peasy! The most simple transaction I’ve ever encountered! All the salespeople were very helpful, knowledgeable and just plain amazing! Thank you! Will definitely shops here again
