Bought a sprinter van from. Tyler made the process pretty swift and was very communicative. Got the paperwork handled efficiently and he arranged to have the car shipped to me in California. All around solid experience thank you. Got my van in one piece off the trailer!

I had a really good experience buying a Toyota truck from this dealership and it has been an amazing car. I purchased a warranty when I bought the car and they kindly covered the work that was needed, no problem! If you are looking for a car I suggest looking here

BUY ANYWHERE ELSE! Terrible experience. Finance manager didn’t know what he was doing. He wanted me to Sign blank documents, which is a red flag due to any errors they may make and can change for me without seeing. Seems like they cannot do the job proper. He also Confused me with other Clients when he calls me needing more documents. Title person made multiple mistakes. Took 3 months to get tags. No apology given just excuses. Truck had bad alignment from their subpar shop causing failure of tires after few hundred miles. Truck had warranty work done multiple times For Oil and coolant leaks. Last straw was engine exhaust crack Was told this is gonna be in every 1 to 2 year issue most likely so sold the truck. This would have cost me $1000 to $2000 every other year to keep if their parts don’t break like their Technicians tell clients. The dealership cost me lots of money and time due to their inability to do their job proper. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership as The parent company should do a full financial audit as well. I have filed a formal complaint against this dealer and recommend not shopping here. Go somewhere who will certify their pre owned as they will sell you subpar unsafe trucks with not a care since they got your money. Buyer beware.

Wile visiting Rocky Mountain National Park from Texas my Ram 2500 broke down in the middle of nowhere (2.5 hours away from Boulder) leaving my wife, our dog, & myself stranded and in a totally helpless situation. I called the service center & explained our desperate situation to the service manager Bob. Bob immediately helped arrange a tow truck to pick us & the truck up. Once at the shop Bob had his technicians quickly diagnose the problem, he then explained all options for repair & even arranged a free shuttle for us. Once we decided on a repair plan they went to work and had us back on the road much sooner than anticipated. Bob & his team went above and beyond to help us out in a very stressful/desperate situation & we will always be thankful for the kind, professional, and speedy service they provided us!!!

Had to change my review of this place despite having a great first experience with them when my starter went out. I got my Jeep in fairly quickly for having problems with acceleration at high speeds, but it took them 2-3 days and $900 to diagnose my worn out cam shafts. They told me that they wouldn't have the parts for several days and I was set to move out of state at the end of the week, so I asked if it would be drivable if they put it back together and I could get it fixed at my destination. They said that it would be in the same condition as when it dropped it off. When I picked it up all the dash lights were going off and it was having difficulty even accelerating to 20mph. So I had to drop it off the next day for the repair. Daniel, the manager, didn't communicate with me for an entire week about what was going on with my vehicle and I had to call them for updates. When he did call and leave a message he said it'd be ready for pickup and gave me a total cost. The next morning when I called to pay over the phone, he tried to charge me $900 more than the cost on his message.
Throughout this whole process, I did my best to be kind, patient, and understanding despite lack of clear communication and time estimate on when the vehicle would be done. Despite spending almost $3500 on my repair, $3800 on a rental car to move, and having a friend drive the Jeep across the country to me, it now has a warped dashboard with bubbles it didn't have before, an area of the front passenger side quarter panel missing that I guess had rusted underneath, and there are now dash lights going off saying it needs to be serviced. I would NEVER take another vehicle to them or recommend them to anyone.
My 5 star review left 1 year ago: Got my Jeep in and fixed despite being super bogged down with other jobs. Very friendly and professional to work with.

I wish I could give negative stars. The worst experience I’ve ever had just looking at a car. I been in the market for a VW golf gti and these guys had one. It had low mileage but had record of an accident. They wanted 15k for it and from what I could tell in the pictures it didn’t look bad at all. Fast forward to Saturday the 7th of June and I called them up asked if I could come check it out and they said absolutely but was coming at 4 to look at it. Just like every other time I called. So I raced to Boulder from Colorado Springs get there and check the car out and every single front end body panel was totally screwed up. Nothing lined up and when you opened the door, the inside of the door was just a total crumpled mess. Even the door stuck out a little under an inch towards the top. And on top of that They didn’t even offer warranty when I asked about it. There was water pouring into the hood latch from the driver door. And they did their classic bait and switch when I started noticing this stuff. So to entertain it I took it for a test drive, there was a popping in the steering and I asked the sales guy about it and he literally actually really said “oh it’s nothing it’s just how these cars are you know how Volkswagens are” and I’m driving another golf git and was like no actually I don’t? My car absolutely does not do that. So his boss wanted to see what I was talking about then he checked it out and instantly created a contract saying if they fix it I have to buy the car. He wrote it up and tried pressuring me as hard as he could to sign it. After not agreeing to a price I left. Then received calls from them. One day I made an offer: $9,500 for a car that was totaled and barely slapped back together is pretty good I’d say. I was told they’d make more money from wholesale, to which I said awesome and have a nice day. I then see Joe the guy that was the switch in the bait and switch at my local gas station and asked if they still had the car. His worker just called me the day before trying to sell it still and he said they sold it. I doubted it so I looked online and it’s still there. Is guy ego bent because he couldn’t lie and take advantage of a younger guy and that everyone knows more than their workers? Not sure. Very pressuring, not professional at all, the building doesn’t even look like a dealership, you’re never talking to only one person in a deal and they don’t know anything about their cars. They’re rude and they lie a lot. I instead went to booth motors in Longmont and got a 2017 golf gti s for 13.9k with 70,000 miles upgraded wheels and clean carfax with a fat warranty. (I was in the car when I asked the dealer I saw at the gas station if he still had the golf) LOL he was actually pissed. Best experience of my life buying a car though at booth. Seriously don’t come here though they’ll screw you.

Terrible experience. I flew in from out of state to get the car and drive back on the same day. They were not accommodating nor did it seem like they were happy or grateful to see me when I did arrive.

The Boulder Chrysler team really took care of us!
My husband and I walked in at 6:20 pm on Tuesday (they closed at 7pm). We knew exactly what car we wanted to look at.
We test drove the car and loved it. We went through the buying process and never felt rushed.
This team really made us feel comfortable with decision to purchase our vehicle! We were shopping around for a few weeks and none of the other dealerships around took care of us like they did!
If you’re in Colorado and looking for a car go to Boulder Chrysler, you won’t be disappointed.
