During my career I have advised on numerous complex loans. If one desires a successful outcome, then concise communication and disciplined execution is critical. Dan Page clearly understands this! He did an awesome job from start to finish with my client. What I appreciated even more, as the loan process advanced, was the manner in which he built a relationship and did not treat the opportunity as just another loan transaction.
