Highly recommend. Room was well appointed and turn down service was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are large and well equipped, the bedding is wonderful.

This is a first for a triple bad experience in Boulder. Hoping the trend stops with this third ridiculous bad experience. The second night of five nights so far, some genius thought it would be wise to hire a steam cleaning outfit to come to the parking lot at midnight and start up their pressure washing equipment that runs on a very loud gas engine that is revving up and down powering their portable pressure washer. It was so loud and obnoxious that it woke me up from a deep sleep. They were out there for an hour and no doubt woke everyone up in all rooms near this insanity.I could not believe this was happening and after realizing this was not going to stop, I had to get dressed and go all the way down to reception to tell the night manager to stop the insanity. He told me that they were just washing the kitchen vent filters out in the parking lot as if that was a normal thing.Seriously? At 12 midnight to 1 AM? This could be done anytime during the waking hours but not in Boulder apparently. For an establishment such as Marriot you cannot even believe they would allow this kind of stupidity to happen. Totally disrespectful to their guests. One other strange thing. There are no drinking glasses in the room. They provide only two paper cups. I am now here the third day and have used the cups which are stained and coming apart and they have not provided new cups. The paper cups are not great because the glue holding them together have ‘forever chemicals’ in them. What ever happened to the classy Marriotts with the actual glass drinking glasses?Safety: Typical Marriott has most everything dialed in for a safe experience. The only caveat was the obnoxious approach by staff to hire very loud and noisy mobile steam cleaners with loud gas engine powered pressure washers to pressure wash the kitchen vents out side my window for an hour between 12 midnite and 1 AM in the morning. Even after walking down to the front reception desk and asking them why this was happening they did nothing about it. Check out the videoWalkability: Lots of stores and restaurants close by and easy to walk there safely.

Rooms were nice. The main entrance leads straight into the bar/restaurant area. Looks very nice, warm and cozy ambience. Outside has fire pits as well.

I had a wonderful stay at the Boulder Marriott and would rate it 4 stars. The hotel's location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of Boulder, providing easy access to many local attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. I particularly appreciated their local recommendations and warm hospitality. The on-site dining options were excellent. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. One highlight was the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my workout routine during my stay. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5-star rating was the pricing, which was on the higher side. However, the overall experience, combined with the superb location, made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend the Boulder Marriott for anyone visiting the area.

I love the location! Tons of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and a gorgeous view of the mountains. My room is newly renovated and clean. Because the M club is closed for renovations, they gave me drink tickets and a breakfast coupon. Also plentiful parking.

Absolutely amazing! There is construction going on but the staff was so kind and helpful! They have dog beds for the pups, and a crib for our baby— thank goodness! Loved the drink vouchers and rooms were very nice! Also food and shopping in walking distance!

5/5 for me on this one. I really liked the room layout. All tech was up to date. Plenty of spots to charge stuff. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably short walking to anywhere on pearl st. Only con was the $20 parking. Ugh... Why?! That's always ridiculous to me, but whatever such is life.

In a decade of staying almost exclusively at Marriott properties, this has to be worst stay yet.Things started off normally, checked in, checked my id, credit card etc.I get to my room, start settling in and star taking a shower. There’s a knock at my door that just keeps going. I get out of the shower and there is a man I don’t recognize asking me to open the door.I hop back into the shower not wanting to open my door to a random person.Later, I walk downstairs and that man is at the front desk. He says “I tried to get into your room earlier.” I asked why. He says we just wanted to make sure the right Wayne (my last name) was in there.I show him my id etc (just as I did when I checked in) and immediately wheels start turning and I ask him why they would wonder if a wrong Wayne is in the room when they checked me in with my id. He couldn’t give me an answer beside we just wanted to double check. It made me feel like they had mistakenly given my key to someone else and they could come in my room at any moment. On top of that, and more disruptive to the stay and the above eerieness was constant, loud construction in what sounded like right below my room.I was there for business and barely could get any sleep. Nothing was told to me by the front desk staff on why there might be noiseSee the below videos for what you might be in for if you stay here.

Everything for our stay, went well except they were having some serious construction and we were not warned until about two weeks before our stay. It didn’t significantly change anything but it would have been nice to have had access to the concierge lounge. The staff were all very, very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is under some major construction . We had a business meeting here and our service was excellent. Will was amazing. The construction outside my room was very loud due to the construction and the A/C comes on and off like a jet engine . I found it hard to sleep.I will reconsider staying here after construction is over and depending on the air conditioning in the rooms

About a half mile off the beaten path, was still under construction when I was there. The rooms appear to have been recently updated & we’re pretty clean - just basic. I was impressed with the pillows, they were better than i expected! Three stars because 5 stars is luxury to me.The elevators are slow - take the stairs if you can - kind of a bummer that you can only park below the hotel in the parking garage.Hotel staff was kind & they were dealing with a very demanding person while I was checking in & they kept their cool.

Pretty much a flawless hotel. The rooms were exceptionally nice, the beds comfy, the whole place spotless. My only complaint is the breakfast situation, I don't know why a hotel this nice doesn't provide free breakfast.
