Don’t hire this company. Many of my things were stolen. Important things. The response from the company was insulting. “Maybe I reached the wrong company.”. I didn’t call to report it right away because I didn’t realize things were missing until I returned from a short trip. They are not accredited by the BBB. THEY HAVE NEVER OFFERED ANY HELP.

They stole from me. A coffee table tray, a whole box of cosmetics and toiletries, my recipe binder, cutting boards

I accidentally called this company as they have a very similar name to my actual moving company. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. After a few minutes of conversation, I realized my error. I was extremely happy that I was not in fact doing business with them and thankful that I was able to connect to the right person. If this is how they treated someone who they thought was a client, I wouldn't ever want to do business with them.

This was the best move I have ever made. All crew members were top professionals, super attentive, and very careful. Everything arrived in perfect shape and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!Maria Pacca. Pacca Studios Boulder, CO

I thought this was a reasonable deal, but as usual you don't get the value. The owner, Brian, was prompt when answering, I thought that was promising. The amount sounded fair, I only needed to have the furniture moved for the living room and 1 bedroom, as I did ALL the boxes and moved those myself. What was a bit unnerving was the lack of communication, none when I hired him as a quick confirmation via email or text and none the day /evening before. I had to contact him the morning if the move whether we were still on for the day. At the end Brian hands me a bill and half a** fills it out,( ok with only my name and $525) on the contract it says you get a 5% discount if you pay cash, not a 5% up charge for using a debit card. Which I found out this morning when I checked my statement online that I'd been charged $18.38 more. Brian never mentioned the upcharge, even when he had difficulty getting service and said, "oh I'll run this when I get back to the office. I don't have time for this, I have to get to another job." I expected only $545 (3hrs x $175 and I instructed him to add a $20 tip I didn't know about the hole in the wall until later.I received the contract post move, not at the beginning or before they came. Then they bust a hole in my wall and of course denied doing it, even though the hole is at my eye level and right where a container was located. There's NO WAY that I could've hoisted anything that high and with that force to bust a hole. Neither of the movers mentioned it to me (and I hadn't received the contract yet for me to take the blame for their mistake. I got in contact with Brian this morning and he was actually a j*** about it. Claiming of course there were holes in the walls over my place, actually indicated my place was a total piece of crap " Well just look at your place, there's got to be holes all over, you've been there eleven years." Ah, Hello! No there aren't holes all over. Was it because it was a rental? For some reason he mentioned that my son was going to be living there. No, he's moving out too. What does it matter? Is it still acceptable to put the blame on him? What if he was still living there, is it ok to damage walls? Then Brian claims it's no big deal because it's just a small one. I texted him with pictures, he calls back but doesn't leave a message, doesn't text. I missed the call because I was still moving, a message is what people usually leave if there's any concern. Shame on this kind of service. My instinct felt this was a bit sketchy without clear transaction details and poor communication.

Broke our gate said they didn't break it. Came in without masks on. I asked them to put masks on and the came bake one with his mouth covered but not his nose the other had a neck gator. Completely overcharged and I gave them a tip when I saw my gate was broken and said something about it they said they didn't break it. I asked for them to return the tip and no answer. Crappy service, completely unprofessional

Please do not hire this moving company. They claim to be professional and insured but are not. The movers came to move heavy fridge and deep freezer with no dolly, dropped a piece of furniture and damages our new wood floors, damaged a door in the house I was moving into and damaged two pieces of furniture. When I spoke with the owner he acted like he didn't want to make a claim on the insurance and that I should pay for the repairs! Please look elsewhere for your moving needs in Boulder!

I had a good experience which did not match the bad reviews. I hadn't read the reviews so I just took a shot with them moving my piano. I was a bit concerned after asking about the insurance - 60 cents per pound just doesn't cut it if moving an expensive piano. Bryan said "don't worry about it I've never dropped a piano", which was both comforting and not, at the same time. I think I would have preferred "if it's expensive and important to you, you can buy extra insurance through the recommendations on our site". BUT - they showed up very friendly, professional. I felt comfortable with them. All wore masks. Had the piano moved in about 20 minutes (from downstairs to upstairs), and helped me break apart a desk for no extra cost. I like these guys and would like to use them for my next move based on my experience. The other reviews do give me pause though.

Would give zero stars if it would let me. Fraudulent business that brakes and steals items during the move and claims they never saw the items and that others were already broken. Bryan is very unprofessional as you can see from his responses to other reviews on Google. They claim to have insurance but do not. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Bryan was very fast at responding and the rate was low. I was a little hesitant due to previous reviews but when the 3 moving guys arrived they all wore masks, started working immediately, friendly and safely loaded everything in the truck. I by far recommend this company.

I was reluctant to use this company due to the bad reviews but I had a last minute move and this was the only one not booked out. In hindsight, I should have moved my self. The movers stole my wife’s expensive bose wireless headphones. They saw it when a desk drawer opened and the headphones that were in the desk drawer weren’t there when she went to grab them the morning after the move. That was $380 to replaceThe movers also dropped a piece of art and a block of wood fell off the piece. They lost the piece or threw it away because it was no where to be found. I was unable to repair the art piece and had to throw the rest away. The owner was not helpful and asked me to look around some more for the broken off piece.Overall even if you are in a pinch I would not recommend using this company. Don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did.

Although the pricing was higher than other Denver metro competitors, I decided to support a local business for our move. I should have followed Boulder Moving LLC's low ratings and other bad reviews on Google. I was moving from a 3rd floor, 1-bedroom condo to a 1st floor 1-bedroom apartment right down the street. The move took EIGHT HOURS+ and cost a total of $1200. Bryan said three movers would do the move, so this gave us confidence that his company could be efficient. One of the movers left his jacket and hat in the middle of the hallway in our old residence. The same mover seemed to disappear before unloading the truck- This resulted in two guys unloading the truck into our new apt. I was (and still am) shocked that it took this company 8+ hours to handle such a small move. The cost far surpassed what I had expected! I called Bryan that evening to discuss the move and encountered some of the same behavior that others mention in the reviews- DEFENSIVENESS. He said he would check with his guys and get back to me. I heard nothing by 9:00 a.m. the next day and when I texted to follow-up, Bryan thought I was checking on the status of the "missing mover's" jacket. After several texts and a phone call, I could not be more displeased with Bryan's service and professionalism. His business motto seems to be "You're wrong. I don't know what you're talking about." He is clearly scamming local Boulder residents with high rates and poor efficiency. DO NOT use this business. They are incredibly inefficient, unprofessional, and have poor value. I expect that Bryan will reply to this review with defensive comments. On the phone he said, "why didn't you say something beforehand", but how do you tell movers to "HURRY UP!"?

Arrived with someone without a mask. Don’t know what they are doing or how to get a couch out of the building. They damaged the couch while taking it out of the building.

Arrived on time. No masks for the initial assessment. That was a huge red flag. Removed the couch. Then loaded it onto their personal vehicles and took it. 300 dollars for 6 minutes of work, and they got a couch they can sell for another 300. If you want to be robbed in broad daylight by red necks who don’t care about the people paying them, contract with this company.

Movers were quick and professional. Was over charged for travel time, so tried to get refund from owner. He was unresponsive at first, but after token platitudes, he told me my job was too small and he wasn't making money anyway. Look elsewhere if you want customer service and not to be nickeled and dimed.
