We bought four cars from Boulder Nissan over the years. While it's a car dealership and nothing is ever all great, all in all we're happy with the service and support we received from them. The people are friendly and competent. Most of the problems we encountered were rather with Nissan than with the Boulder Dealership. They do have great lease deals.

Rick and Joey were very helpful, patient, and dedicated to helping us lease our first car. We've typically bought used in the past, but always wanted to get into the EV world, and their help was instrumental in getting us there. We love that the dealership is family-owned and many of the staff have been there for a long time.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Boulder Nissan. The team makes getting a car a seamless, simple process and the no-haggle policy really helps make the process far more enjoyable than the more traditional dealerships that require planning to spend multiple hours at a dealership to argue over pricing. I got my first car from Boulder Nissan last year, and just added a second car from Boulder Nissan to my garage. The pricing is excellent (and, frankly, more than competitive with other dealerships), the sales team is always prompt to answer questions or assist as needed, and the experience overall is more pleasant and exciting (the way car buying should be) than dull or wearisome. I was not a Nissan driver before, but I intend to be one for as long as I can continue to count Boulder Nissan to be my dealership of choice. An extra thanks to Roman Ramsey with the sales team, who was able to help arrange the sourcing and quick transportation of the vehicle/trim level I was looking for. I stopped in to go over pricing estimates and confirm what I'm looking for, paid a deposit, and within a week was able to pick up my 2024 Ariya Platinum+ - seamless, quick, and fast enough that I could finish the paperwork on my lunch break. A well deserved 5-stars for Boulder Nissan.
