I recently visited the Boulder Public Library and was thoroughly impressed with the environment. The space is well-organized, clean, and provides a peaceful atmosphere for reading or working. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The large windows offer beautiful views of the surroundings, adding to the pleasant experience. This library is a great resource for the community, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and welcoming space to read, study, or explore new knowledge.

Finally, able to use the restroom without feeling like Cool Hand Luke "Shaking the tree...". It's a great library and location and the staff makes it special.

Ben Franklin would have dug it. Cool theater where they have film screenings and dope ethnic music.

What public library in a city where you force people to walk to everything do you not have a fax machine!!! Boulder libraries are not capable of normal things everywhere surrounding city has!!! Fix it!

I was able to walk in and reserve a meeting room for an hour, without even having a boulder county library card. This place is sprawling, open, and full of cool stuff that expands beyond books. Makerspace for the win!!

This is an American refugee camp, not a library.
I’d like to thank the city council and the Boulder Police Department for making this a safe place /s

Jun8 11am drug use less then 10 feet from kids. Security was more worried about bathroom use then drugs and kids. Waste of taxes fire all three talking at desk.

Absolutely beautiful library and grounds. It amazes me that people give the Library a bad rating for homeless people?? Number one, how heartless can you be to complain about people who literally have nowhere to go? Number two, the library did not make them homeless nor does it put them there. Number three, it's a societal and state problem that we have so many homeless people. Our govt is sending trillions to unworthy sources while their own people starve and live on the streets. Take your voices where they belong!! Helping people off the street!! Complaining where they go doesn't stop the source of the problem. Nor does giving a public library a bad review help anyone.

What a beautiful library! I'm glad someone showed me where to find it--totally awesome as a tourism visit/relax zone. Great for kids too. And of course, the staff is soooooo helpful and kind. Lots of local info just by asking.

Unsafe. My kids were going to play on the playground till they noticed grown ups hiding behind the slide, one putting up a tent...we said something to the workers indoors and was told "they" have just as much right to be there as anyone else. I am sure the benefactors who donated to have the playground built never thought it would be a place where homeless (obviously drug induced) had more rights to be there than children.
A year ago, I visited and was followed around be a homeless guy till a librarian shoved a cart between him and I so I could get further away than an arms length.
Truly Boulder...at what point do you finally put a band-aid on the bleeding heart that is ruining your great city? I feel so sorry for the police and wasted tax monies being spent to never truly fix the situation.
When the (drug induced) homeless feel safer than the children, there's a systemic issue that could only be politically fueled behind closed doors... it's gross, and it's not what freedom is truly about.
