Excellent location with great service. Perfect for a quick trip to Boulder. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

The rooms were clean, large shower with good water pressure, Boulder creek and the farmers market right out your back door, friendly staff, BUT the rooms are SO porous to sound, you can hear so much traffic noise and partying college students into all hours of the night. For that reason alone not worth the slight savings.

Stayed two nights for the Music Fest. Our stay was very pleasant. Nice clean rooms, and comfortable bed. Fridge was cold and the room airconditioner/heater workes very well. Nice tiled shower. Walking distance of Pearl Street and the University. Will definitly stay there next time we visit Boulder.
