Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. They treat both my dog and myself right.

They had me bring my boy Zeus in for a "Happy Visit" before his actual appointment. I had Zeus neutered last year at another vet and they literally traumatized him. He loved car rides but since he was traumatized he still wants to go but has so much anxiety he makes himself sick. So the happy visit was to get his weight and for him to see it's a safe place and medication to help relax him for his actual appointment. The staff here is simply outstanding!! They are kind, understanding and caring and truly want Zeus to have the best experience possible there. Today Zeus goes in for his shots and year exam and I know he will be in the best hands. Did I mention Zeus is a Cane Corso, aka an Italian Mastiff and his size didn't faze them at all, they just cared about him being ok being there. So far I'm a huge fan!! Thank you for being so amazing!! UPDATE: I am so happy with how Zeus's appointment went. Zeus was muzzled as he has some fear aggression from the place I took him to be neutered, Clay (the vet tech) was not a bit afraid of Zeus and did everything so perfectly, in fact they took pictures of themselves cuddling with Zeus which made me cry tears of relief. The vet Dr Vespa was able to draw his blood, look at his teeth, check his ears and eyes and give him a clean bill of health. My boy is my world and seeing how special they treated him and genuinely care about making his visit a positive one for him, meant more than words can express. I highly recommend Boulder Veterinary Hospital, they truly love our fur babies and it shows from check in to check out and everything in between. Thank you so much❣️

Missy (Melissa Jordan) is the best. THE BEST. I TRUST HER ABSOLUTELY. Prince Tony, an 11 week old puppy, decided she's an A+. That was very important. He was shy at first but then decided she's very trustworthy.

Dr Jordan is amazing! She handles my very anxious dog with great care, kindness and patience. She is willing to spend whatever time is necessary to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed.

RUN!! Price is ridiculous, and I have no idea about the estimated cost upfront.Example,Feline Rabies 3 Year, $94.Annual Wellness Exam for my cat, $89A simple annual visit turns out to be close to $500 for two cats.Don’t recommend this to anyone unless you want to throw away money.

Dr. Jordan is awesome! She's my upstairs neighbor, so I'm a little impartial, but she's a great neighbor and a great vet. She's just a good person. She always tries to help me out when she can. I've been going through very serious health issues, which means I can barely work, and then my mom needed to be moved into a memory care unit, so I had to take her cats. It was probably a bit more than I could handle, but I couldn't let them go to a shelter. Dr. Jordan and the staff have actually been very helpful when I needed vet care and couldn't afford it. They always seem to get things worked out, which I'm very appreciative of.

I have to write Boulder Vet Hospital a review - They are the best vet I have every had.I brought in my dog for a possible broken tooth. They took us in as soon as possible (as new patient) and did a thorough exam for her. Dr. Burdette was very helpful and really cared for my dog. Educated us on the diet as well (but not pushy at all). I really felt that they just had the pet's wellness as their top priority. They also scheduled my dog's surgery right away to take the broken tooth out. When my dog was out of the surgery, they immediate called me. Dr. Jordan did an amazing job with her and was really patient explaining everything and answered all of my nervous mom questions. She also re-arranged the invoice so that we can get the best deal. We walked away with a very fair price of the service. I can feel that she genuinely just want to help my dog instead of making profits like the big chain hospitals (banfield is the worst!) I've been. The technician Luke was also super helpful and patient with us.Overall it's the best vet hospital that I have ever been! Highly recommend!

Dr Burdette and the staff of Boulder Veterinary Hospital provided great care for my 3 year old golden retriever who had a stomach issue that included one bout of vomiting and a few days of loose stool and lethargy. Dr. Burdette is kind, knowledgeable and attentive — she took her time with my pet and made sure I understood the possible causes and recommended course of treatment. With the medication and food she recommended my dog was soon feeling better and bounding around again. Grateful to her for her care. I’ve been taking my dog to Boulder Veterinary Hospital since he was a puppy and definitely recommend their services. It is more expensive than going to a humane society vet (for his neutering surgery I did take him to the humane society due to the difference in cost) but the convenience has been worth it.

We have been grateful patients of Boulder Vet for over a decade. And even though we moved to Denver, when we need to see a vet, we will drive 45 minutes each way because we trust our vets here to help us. It's worth it every time. Our latest serious issue was a spinal injury, and we are grateful to Dr. Fuchs for an accurate diagnosis so we could address this serious problem. And, we have seen kindness and expertise every time we have come in for therapy, medications and ongoing care and counsel--from the entire staff, technicians and vets. Thank you, all!

I’ve been going here with my pup for about 2 years. They really take care of their clients and “over” quoted me for Billy’s surgery so when I went to pay I was pleasantly surprised by about $500. I really think they care too, the vet always calls me personally during or after the visit to talk to me about their concerns or lack there of. Also their techs and front desk staff and super sweet and diverse - which makes me feel comfortable and happy when I’m there. I really love this place. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy.

This is very disappointing to write this review. They deserve 5 stars for when you can get your pet in on scheduled appointments. Vets and techs are super nice and they all really love love love animals. I give zero stars because it is impossible to get your pet in when they unexpectedly need to be seen. I have 3 dogs and have called multiple times over the past few years to get one of my sick dog in and every time ( and I mean every time) they are unable to see my dog for days. In fact I called today, Tuesday and they were unable to see my dog ALL WEEK... why have a Vet if you can not get your dog seen when they are sick???? Today I was told one of their Vets is helping out another Vet in town.... sound like they need to help out their own shop. Because this has happened multiple times over the past few years and they recommend going to an ER, I have spent so much unnecessary extra $$$$$ at emergency Vet appts to accommodate their tight schedules, we have left the practice. Today, they lost 3 patients ... So if you have a dog that is never going to be sick and just needs scheduled annual appt, vax's etc, go here. If something happens, (UTI, SICK, etc) you won't get in and you will end up at an ER paying ER prices because your dogs vet is too busy to see their patients. I blame this on the business model and not the people. The business model needs to change to accommodate patient sick visits.

This place has not answered multiple attempts to schedule my cat as a new patient. I have attempted through the website, responded to the text that confirmed I requested an appointment, and now called. The receptionist who answered the phone proceeded to ask for vet records. This is my cats first ever visit to a vet in their life. They have no records. She refused to accept that as a possibility. Telling me how I had to have received records from the original owner, who we found on a Facebook post. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional beyond belief. If you don't want to accept new patient just say so.

I do not recommend this place! The doctor had me hold my dog as she gave him his vaccinations because she was scared of him...? also they are only in it for the money! My dog has been having stomach problems and all they treated him with was a anti nausea med for the last month.....I requested blood work but doctor told me she didn’t think that step was neccesary...? now on my 3rd visit and they still expect an exam fee without resolving the problem....staff was extremely rude when I explained my financial circumstance and they told me to go somewhere else and that they do not care.

Great great great and GREAT. These people are true animal lovers and just straight up professionals. I came in to get my new kitten a "good health" waiver so I could fly with her and they made phone calls, looked information up, gave me calming medicine for my cat. Everything to make sure we would have a calm flight. Also just all around great energy in this place. I loved every person I interacted with. Am I about to get corny? Yes. Two paws way up.
