They went to extraordinary efforts to extract a broken key from my roof carrier. Absolutely amazing, friendly staff. I'd give six stars if I could.

Great service. They were not able to come to the first appointment because of snow. They put us back on the schedule right away, called in advance to make sure the roads were clear. Then did a great job fixing my lock.

I needed to have my residential front door handle and deadbolt re-keyed. I called the very friendly team at Buffalo, and they were able to send someone over the next day. The technician, Abbie, was knowledgable, professional and made very quick work of the job. I will definitely use Buffalo for any future lock work.
