This season I’m getting a brand new set up which included boots, bindings, and a new board. I also wanted to get the step-ons which I was super excited about. I went in on two different occasions and Jake G. assisted me both times and he was beyond helpful. He helped me out with sizing, trying things on, and gave personal recommendations that ended up contributing to what I would end up buying. He made the process extremely easy. It made me that much more excited for the season. Het this man a raise!

Caitlyn was very helpful in picking boots and a starter board. Went the following week and had exceptional service when doing boot heat molding and discussing snowboards by Jake G. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Employee on the phone didn’t seem to know what a die cut base was. Had the snowboard in store but still couldn’t answer my question…Do the Mystery series, particularly the Hometown Hero, have die cut bases????

Update on previous post about the Denver Burton store. We had such a crappy experience at the Denver Burton store and still wanted to try the step-in bindings so we headed to the Boulder store.So glad we did. Totally opposite experience. Sales people were super knowledgeable, energetic and happy to share their experience/opinions about the products. Super happy with our purchase and installation.

Hands-down - the BEST service & support at Burton Boulder!!!I went in today with an issue with my Step On Boot, the BOA system wasn't releasing. Reed started to troubleshoot and look into the issue. After taking time to understand how I was using the boot/system, he realized the housing was broken and the boot needed to be replaced through warranty.Reed is incredibly curious, detail oriented and technical. His approach helped to figure out the core of the issue.All the staff provided a super high level of service and support. Will continue to be loyal to the Burton brand as their gear is top-notch and they stand behind their product through exceptional staff. Thanks for keeping me on the snow and the stoke high!!

I rented a board set-up from this store in order to try out the step-ons. Firstly, the folks who assisted me getting everything together for the rental were super friendly and informative and got me out of the store in quick order. After the rental, I returned my gear and got talking with another rep about purchasing a setup to upgrade what I've been using for a long time. He gave me tons of tips and time so that I get exactly what I need. We decided I'll rent different gear coming up in a week or so and then make a decision. Everyone at this store was willing to help me out, and I received zero bad attitude from the younger folks helping me out. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to try or buy Burton gear.

This store and its crew did everything they needed to insure that I'd be a Burton Boulder customer for life. Knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, patient with my numerous visits and calls regarding both product info and pricing. If you're planning on hitting some mountains this season then make sure to make your life easier and drop into this store to get everything you need to have an epic snow day. If you're lucky, you'll end up being helped by a guy named Jake (there's two of them working there so the odds are in your favor).

I visited the store today to ask about and try on some snowboard boots. Reid was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about snowboarding and was able to answer all of my questions as well as ask me all of the right questions to find exactly what I needed. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be returning soon!
