I stopped in without an appointment to see if they coupld fix a minor problem with my truck. I'm not sure I've got the names right, but Roger and Scott took great care of me. They fixed the problem and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Everyone was frienldy and I highly recommend

Both Jake and Chris at the Valmont location in Boulder are superb. We have older vehicles (2001 F150 and 2006 Focus), both of which they have helped us with. They patiently listen and offer suggestions and solutions as appropriate. I highly recommend them!

Wanted to drop in to get an estimate for a small repair and Chris offered to help me out. He quickly grabbed a tool and helped me fix it free of charge and solve my problem.

Outstanding customer service from Chris and Roberto at Caliber Collision on Valmont in Boulder. Our older Beetle sustained a semi-detached rear bumper with a punched-in dent and broken fender cover. Chris gave us detailed and realistic advice about alternatives. He set expectations on parts availability and insurance coverage. Meanwhile, he offered to have his people reattach the bumper on a COMPLIMENTARY basis, while we gathered estimates from competitors. We took him up on the offer for a quick, temporary, and free fix. Lo and behold, in a matter of minutes, his guys securely reattached and re-riveted the bumper and popped out the dent. Chris explained in detail what was done, so we could understand that the car was altogether drivable. Cosmetically, the result is astonishing and the previous damage almost unnoticeable. AT NO CHARGE! If an issue develops later, or for any other body work, Caliber on Valmont is our destination.

Great shop. They were extremely accommodating to the unique needs of my vehicle. They gave me fair timeline estimates that were cautious and not overpromising. In addition to this, they got my vehicle repaired and back to me, ahead of schedule! Jake's a real standout guy there, great customer service and kept me informed and secure that my vehicle was in goods hands! After almost a month of trying to get the repairs I needed for my car, I finally caught a break and found Caliber Collision at Valmont!

The team is amazing and Jay is incredible. I was updated daily on how things were progressing. When I picked up my car, it wasn’t simply look at my beautiful new rear end of my car. It was an education. Jay showed me everything that they did and what it looked like as they went, and I’ve never had someone pay that much attention to what’s important about learning about my own car. He was so amazing. I had to give him a big hug at the end of it all!

Jake at Caliber Collision on Valmont Road in Boulder, is both super knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He walked me through everything; was pleasant when I asked him to go over it a couple of more times; explained my options to really well; and was overall a really nice fella. The car had gotten damage while parked by someone brushing the bumper. I took it in and the guys at Caliber Collision gave me a couple of options: replace the whole bumper at a large cost, or they could buff out the paint and fill in the color where it had gotten removed. They did a great job and saved me a couple of thousand dollars by suggesting the buff out option. Would highly recommend!
