I went in to change some information and transfer some accounts. Wasn't busy. The staff was very helpful getting everything setup. Even found some new features I didn't know about that will be a big help. The followup phone call was well timed to ask a couple questions that had thought of during that time. Took far less time than I expected.

After numerous calls, finally got an appt. regarding an international account. The Schwab rep. was 15 min late and then showed up to say they couldn’t help and concocted some rubbish excuse. This firm is completely unreliable. Moving my assets somewhere else.

Update: I spoke with a Charles Schwab Invesment broker today in Dallas by the name of Brooklyn. She was extremely helpful figuring out an escheatment of my account! I'm going to reinvest my money with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to invest.

I primarily use the app to manage my IRA with good results. I had to rollover a pension from my employer but the app doesn’t have a ‘rollover’ option, so my choice was to mail the check in or visit an office. It took probably two minutes for the check to be deposited, and I didn’t have to do anything besides hand the check over. Check was credited to my account within minutes and was accurately labeled as rollover funds. Office was clean and easy to access, and even had designated parking right in front.

Just transferred my investments from edward jones to charles schwab. The transfer was completed yesterday. Today I received an email regarding an issue? Never had an issue. The email left me confused and I am now questioning this company.

The Boulder facility is not a very nice place to visit. Young twerp asks, from across the room, what you need in front of another person. Not a very comfortable situation. I had planned on rolling over a $100k IRA, but maybe that's too small for Boulder. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional. A poor experience at this branch. They have no concern for Seniors or any of their Clients . Put your money in a professional agency but dont do Business with Charles Schwab Boulder!! Young twerp greets you from across the room and asks what you need. Really not in the mood to explain my financial needs for everyone to hear. Was planning to rollover $100k from an IRA, maybe not large enough for Boulder.

Charles Schwab gave my children's money away to the State without my knowledge or permission. I walked into Charles Schwab to deposit checks into my children's custodial accounts and they told me my accounts had been deactivated because I had not deposited a check for two years. They said they tried to reach me by mailing me a letter but got a return of address. You know what didn't change? My phone number and email. My husband's dry cleaner worked harder to find my husband for a $40 shirt that he forgot to pick up. Charles Schwab did nothing to hep me get my money back. It took nearly 5 months, loads of paper work and phone calls. What kind of financial institution wouldn't have a minimum of a two factor attempt before giving away the money they are supposed to protect. Also, it is 2023 Charles Schwab, and takes 30 seconds to find most people online. Mailing a letter 3 times to the wrong address is not a valid method to give your clients money away.

The service I’ve received at the Boulder office has been impressive. Greg Fesperman is a personable, knowledgeable professional who has been advising me about retirement investments, answering all my questions promptly, and teaching me about some interesting options. I highly recommend him.
