1 star across the board. so many people working and so much space yet they can’t handle more than 2 people at a time. had to wait upwards of 20 minutes just for quarters. ridiculous service

Why do I make an online appointment for 12:30 and then I am sitting around now at 12:45pm? WTF. Can these people not manage their own schedules???? There are 2 greeters and 5 people standing around talking and I am sitting alone in a huge lobby. Can Chase not manage a single, scheduled appointment with 2 greeters? Disrespectful as hell to ask for me to make an appointment and then they can't be ready to work at the time of the appointment. Chase and these old school banks really need to go away to be replaced by something much better. Made an appointment online with Chris Downing who was nice enough to call yesterday to tell me he was the wrong person to be booked with. Error #1. That instead i would talk to Dustin. I am on time, why can Chase not be on time for its customers???? Are you busy collecting the $39 obscene charges you hit your customers with? What about the numbers you mix up so the EIDL grant never comes through from the SBA and is lost forever. Chase seems to be incompetent. Great web developers, great website, horrific experience doing anything but online banking with these shmucks.

I am from Texas, I have had Chase for a coupe of years never had issues. Came to this location to cash a check, staff friendly (Alex and Stephanie) were very helpful today.

Came through this branch with a few questions for my business accounts and could not have had a better experience. Service was prompt and professional, and honestly, while I live down in Denver, I still call up here because the responsiveness is much better! Can't complain, even through all of the shutdown difficulty. Everyone see to be working full time remote quite well.

JD Vaughan provided me with the best service I have ever received at a Chase location in Boulder. And, I've been a customer since 2001. He was so kind and patient. Even walked me through some rules and regulations I had no idea about. Thank you for taking the time with me today, JD!

Walked in to get a document notarized and needed witnesses. Chase won't witness and notarize a document. However JD and Randy took the time to go above and beyond to help ke get witnesses. Then notarized my document, provided the correct additional documents, scanned and delivered a digital copy to my email and had me on my way in less than half an hour.

I just saw a man in a blue suit (probably a bank employee) walk out to speak with a homeless man outside, as it was pouring rain. He then opened the front doors and ushered the homeless man inside, probably to offer him a dry comfortable seat indoors and a cup of coffee.
