I worked with Alex Beda to open up my first Business Account.Alex was patient, engaging, conversational, and demonstrated integrity.I had a lot of tedious questions, and follow-ups, all of which Alex handled WONDERFULLY. The entire experience was enjoyable, we talked in a friendly casual way, he provided insights into Business Bank Accounts, Chase Bank, and shared his experience with other Bank Accounts. This all made me feel confident in my choice with Chase. This was a EXCEPTIONAL first impression of the bank, in-person, for business banking.Thank you for showing up fully and helping me out!

This bank has the best customer service in town. The representatives here have always been courteous, professional, friendly and process transactions quickly. Rachel is so pleasant and helpful! Thank you for being awesome and showing you appreciate and value me as a customer!

Staff was welcoming and very helpful at this location. The teller immediately escorted me into the right direction with questions I had regarding my account. Ed was very insightful on helping me apply for a credit card, very kind and not judgmental about my current financial situation. Happy to be with them.

Went to cash a work check that was thru chase, they want $8 to cash it even tho the company who wrote the check has an account there. Seems a bit ridiculous considering Kingsoopers charges 4$ with a super card.

I can't believe these people - I was next in line and told to sit and wait because others had quicker transactions behind me. This comes after I drove across town to a 2nd branch due to the first being closed for “emergencies†- totally unacceptable.

Teller was unhelpful and gave me that “I don't care, why are you here look.†Everything he had to say was an excuse for a banker not to assist. There were 2 bankers at the time and they were just standing around talking to each other. I was trying to open a business account. Just the this experience alone is enough for me to go elsewhere.

After 2 big mistakes in the last 30 days, I would definitely NOT recommend Chase to anyone. In this last snafu I deposited a check from another Bank. Chase put a hold on my funds until I proved that the funds had left Capital One and were in the vault of Chase. So, I had to prove that Chase received the funds while they were sitting on them) admitted by the Branch Manager and VP) This is a very disorganized and unprofessional financial institution. Put your money else where.

Totally acceptable local branch...nothing fancy, plenty of dum-dums for the kids, and free coffee. The tellers are professional and kind.

Generally the bankers & tellers are very nice, efficient, and helpful. Though there are two errors that happened since I've banked here that I should notify others to be weary. I opened a savings account, the banker ordered me an ATM card, never got it. I found out yesterday it was activated somehow.... without me having the card. I only discovered this information after calling the 1-800 number to discover the status of my debit card (which had supposedly been ordered on Friday, March 24th). Upon calling, the CSR explained to me that it had never been ordered (nor my initial one cancelled for that matter) and that I had an active ATM card. So I'm not sure what is going on with this branch in terms of ordering cards, but they're not doing it right and it's kind of not good.... I also have a friend whom opened an account at this branch, ordered a debit card and never received it. Will continue to do basic banking here, but for account maintenance I will find another Chase location.
