I had a terrible experience with this branch after a simple lost card turned into a fiasco of the employee canceling my current card so it’s off my Apple Pay right before I’m about to travel for the holidays. This experience has made me already begin the process of changing banking after 14 years of banking with Chase. What a joke. I waited for over 20 minutes for the employee to call then tell me I’m basically out of luck and there was nothing they could do to help me. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with Chase as a whole and particularly this branch. The employees were dismissive and cut me off when I tried to articulate my issue while dealing with a disability. Shame on this bank…you lost a customer!

Been in here a handful of times over the last couple of years--usually for cashier's checks. Had a few questions today in regards to different checking accounts, limits, fees, etc. Christopher Rector was there and assisted with fantastic customer service. My use case is a unique one, but he was able to make some really smart recommendations that will allow me to have the accounts I'm wanting, the features I need, and get a bunch of perks. Really appreciate the help Christopher!
Update: Spent the last couple of weeks working with Amber in Private Client banking--she has been fantastic! Like I mentioned above, I do banking in a pretty unique way, that involves several moving parts. Amber didn't bat an eye when I explained what I was wanting, and immediately knew how to set it up. Genuinely impressed and appreciate the good customer service here!

THIS ISNT A BANK!It says bank but it’s a “wealth management”.Don’t expect anything but the lady to say got you after saying what you need and then not being able to get what you need.

It is an absolute shame that the largest bank in the country has such poor customer service. With over $250k in deposits here, they couldn’t take time to notarize documents for us without an appointment. They tried to tell us that it would take more than 30 minutes to notarize a simple set of documents. No one else was in the bank but they were too busy.Fortunately, we also have accounts at First Bank. They got us in without an appointment and completed the notary task within 10 minutes.Management should be aware that the team needs training in regards to customer service.

Had 35 minutes and couldn’t fit in 4 notary signatures (no one was in the bank). Matthew and the biz banking team are terrible at customer service. Luckily a bank down the road did it with a smile in 18 minutes. We’ll be taking our biz and personal banking out.

They cannot complete paperwork! I had someone go in to take themselves off of my accounts with Amber and their computers were down so they filled out manually but paperwork never went through so this person is still in my accounts, it’s imperative that she’s off of them and Amber is on vacation so they are going to try to find paperwork! Jeez

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an evil conglomerate that took advantage of a pandemic to profit even more than they usually do off its customers. F***** small business over, lied about it, will probably get away with it unless we all start to realize.

I forgot my wallet there, came back in 20min and even though the wallet was returned it was missing $80 cash. And when I asked Jarvis the branch manager to look at the cameras to see which CHASE customer stole the cash, he said I was lucky the wallet was returned
