I recently applied for a credit card and had a very difficult time getting connected on the phone to the team that handles the verifications. It took several phones calls which had dropped 3 times everytime they transferred me. So, I decided to stop by this branch and Katelyn Buckley helped me by immediately calling the team responsible for the verification. My application was verified on the spot and she completely turned the situation around. Thank you so much Katelyn!

Chase is financing oil pipelines and fossil fuel projects instead of clean, renewable energy. By doing so, they are financing the destruction of our planet. Avoid this bank and go to a local credit union, like Elevations, instead.

Avoid the investment team, Jason Klocke and Brett Woods. They never provided the data for the investments that Chase sold me!!! Go to Elevations they have amazing people!

Chase supports the oil and gas industry to the tune of $268 billion. Every penny you put into your account adds to the destruction of the planet and all the creatures who live here. One of the greatest things you can do for the environment is switch your account to another bank.

I was not able to cash a check there tonight. I have been cashing a check from a Wells Fargo account (the same one) every month for 18 months. There is money in the Wells Fargo account. There is money in my Chase account (and the other three accounts I have there). This happened twice before and the teller was able to override it. Tonight, neither she nor the manager were able to override. So, no solution. I am just out of luck. I could drive to a Wells Fargo, however it was too late in the evening. There is a branch in California where I tried to cash a check. They do not cash anyone's check at that branch. Whose brilliant idea is that? So I have a bank where I cannot get money. Does Chase care about solving this? Though the people were nice, they cannot solve the problem. The computer is in charge. I've had it with this. After banking here for over 20 years, I will be researching whether there is any decent bank locally where basic services are available to the customer.

The Asian bank teller Kayla, is an extremely rude, fake, condescending person. I’ll wait for someone else to open up if she is the one I have to deal with. Just a disgusting person.

My son deposited cash in their bank machine. The machine ate the cash and said to contact the bank. I talked to a teller four times and Chase's 1-800 number once and never got it resolved. My son lost his money.

Pretty decent service. Knowledgable bankers. Make sure to ask a lot of questions if you are new to using credit cards or banking in general.

I was told the wait to open a new account was 15 minutes, which was fine. 45 minutes later I was still not seen. The gentleman that was to meet with me to open my account left the building. One hour after walking in I still did not get called into an office to open an account. I will find a bank that wants my business!

Customer service use to be better at this branch. They don't go out of their way to help like they use to. Very disappointed.High turnover of bank tellers and representatives.Thinking of changing banks.

Just went to deposit a check in my account and the teller was the most rudest teller ever. Told me I could use the ATM instead to do my transactions. Thanks I'm putting my savings from here to First national. And I don't have to go in!

Currently sitting in the waiting room of this horribly run Chase for the third day in a row waiting to talk to a banker. I've already wasted almost 1.5hrs sitting here over three days while I'm watching bankers just stare at their computer screens and sit in their cubicles while behind the counter a couple bankers are chilling.
