I went in to open a new bank account and had the best banking experience ever! Lori was fantastic and walked me through all of my options, making sure that I understood everything so I could make the best decision. This branch of Chase is absolutely amazing and I won't hesitate to go back if I ever need anything else from them!

Tashina was a great representative of the chase bank..She attended to us with our needs and met them..we had a issue that she resolved with no issue and insisted she would take care of it and did..If I may say I wish all the chase branches had a worker like this remarkable experience thank you Tashina I will tell everyone about your great customer service

Have been a chase customer 20 + years. Since it was called bank one lol. I tried to deposit a $1600 check via the app was over the “limit” by $17. After 40 minutes in the phone with customer service, I was told nothing could be done and I could not deposit my check. Why on earth would my bank of 20+ years not want to accept my money? I’m taking my check to elevations and chase will never see a dime of my money again. I have learned my lesson and will from now on BANK LOCAL!!!!
